Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The access code we were given did not work, so we had to spend time trying to get in after traveling, which set a bad tone right away.Once inside, the condo did not seem clean. The biggest concern was the bed, where we found dark spotting on the mattress area and a large stain on the bedding that looked like blood, vomit, or another bodily fluid. That was very upsetting and raised serious cleanliness concerns.We contacted the owner and VRBO immediately and shared photos, but our complaint was not handled fairly or thoroughly. We were ultimately denied a refund, which left us feeling dismissed.This was more than a minor inconvenience. Cleanliness, safety, and basic customer service were lacking, and we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
