¡Qué resort! Seychelles tiene la mejor ubicación en Panama City Beach. Ubicado justo en la playa en una unidad privada de Thomas Drive, lejos del tráfico masivo y la congestión de la franja. ¡En realidad hay espacio para disfrutar de la playa!

El condominio está en la planta baja con acceso directo a piscinas y playa, ideal para su comodidad.

Seychelles tiene dos piscinas y una bañera de hidromasaje para relajarse después de un duro día en la playa. Una piscina está climatizada (de octubre a marzo) para nadar durante todo el año. Seychelles está a poca distancia de la hermosa St. Andrews State Park y justo al lado de la tienda del bar y restaurante Schooners Beach Club. Otros excelentes restaurantes como Scampy's y Montego Bay Seafood House también están a pocos pasos de distancia.

La cama king-size en el dormitorio principal y dos literas gemelas en la alcoba de la litera brindan alojamiento espacioso para cuatro. Esta unidad viene con acceso gratuito a Internet WiFi de alta velocidad y una buena selección de programas de TV por cable.

Beach Reset

This property was just great for the 2 of us! We only had a couple of things we'd improve.....the couch and chair in the living room are visually great, they are incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. The bed while not horrible could use a mattress topper to make it a little more comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice, kitchen just right. #107 is in the perfect location. Easy to get to beach and pool. Definitely will stay here again Miss Mona

Dear Mary, I just checked my copy of the email you received before arrival. The one with door codes and other instructions. And sure, it is right there, right at the top. "Condo 107 is on the 1st floor(the right side) so you do not need to enter the building to get there." Do you see? The more we write, the fewer people read. I hope all other aspects of your stay were O.K.

Two weeks in paradise!

Another vacation at Seychelles down in the books. We keep coming back to the same condo year after year because the owners are amazing to work with and the condo is just perfect! Already planning for next years visit!

Amazing 🤩

We had a great stay! The location is perfect not crowded, close to grocery store, great restaurants and marina. We loved staying on the1st floor was concerned about pool noise but it was not an issue. The property is very well maintained and the owner was responsive and helpful with questions.

Extremely convenient to the Beach!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the basic supplies and things need for a short stay. The pool was literally outside the back door and then within a few steps is the beach! Beautiful scenery. It is also located next to our favorite PCB bar, Schooners! We had a very relaxing time.

It was perfect for me and my husband on yearly trip just the two of us . Ground floor next to the pool. Easy to get to the beach to relax . Parking is easy to get in and out of the parking garage. Can’t wait to go back .

Anniversary trip

Absolutely loved the condo. Perfect location. Pool and beach just right outside balcony. King bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook in. Loved having washer/dryer in room. Really nice having 2 bathrooms, one shower had a seat in it. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent response from owner! The pool is literally outside the sliding door. This is the closest walk from condo to beach that I've been! Great experience! Neighborhood was excellent, no problems 😊. Next door to the best restaurant in pcb..schooners is a must!

I would have given 5 stars, but furniture was pretty but terribly uncomfortable. Not good on a bad back, other than that it was great.

Why didn't you let us know when you were there? The bed was replaced recently, we would replace it again if it is not good. You see, we work hard for a very long time to get our five-star rating. Then we lose it, just because one guest does not communicate.

Great place

We absolutely loved this condo. The location and cleanliness were great. Ypu cannot beat the convenience of being able to walk straight from your balcony to the pool to the beach. I also loved that we never had to use an elevator. The condo had kitchen essentials, but keep in mind you will have to bring everything else including garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. My only suggestion to the owner would be to provide a portable crib because those can take up alot of car space for traveling families.

Retired Snow Birds

We have been in this condo for 3 1/2 weeks and will be leaving soon. We found it to be very clean and well decorated. We had an incident with the dishwasher but Peter got it fixed very quickly. This is a very convenient condo in that you can step right out your door into the pool, perfect for families with small children. I did miss having a crock pot!! Our experience was very good and we enjoyed our time away from the cold. Thanks Peter for sharing your home with us.

Great condo but construction

The condo is very nice and very much as pictured. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom upgrades in the showers were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Furniture is in good condition. Washer/dryer in the unit was awesome. Property manager was super nice. We did have a little problem at check in because our code didn't work but after a phone call that got taken care of easily. The only other problem we encountered was construction on the building that started every morning at 8 AM. It was very loud and prevented any late sleeping. The day of check out they were working directly outside our unit and were not too keen on letting us by to leave with our suitcases. At least it appears they are working to maintain the building in good condition. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed the convenience of the first floor. There does seem to be a dampness issue in this unit that I have never experienced before in a beach condo. All of our clothes, towels and sheets always felt damp. All in all it was a good stay and I would stay here again minus the construction. PS A Shower caddy in the master bathroom would be very helpful because with all the great upgrades you have done, there is nowhere to put your shampoo and bar of soap except on the floor of the shower.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry for the works on the building corridors. The company doing it is changing its schedules frequently. We tried to block and not to rent dates when the construction was supposed to go on, then they changed the schedule and we blocked other dates, and now I learn that this was not accurate too. We will look into the dampness too. The condo went through extensive reconstruction a month before your arrival because of water leakage behind the ceiling. The sprinkler pipes were fixed and all the wet sheetrock was replaced. Now we will have to watch if the problem was fixed completely, if not, we will redo it. Thank you for the heads up! The bathroom caddy is the easiest thing to improve, it will get there soon. Thank you and please come again! Peter

Disappointed

I so badly want to give this condo 5 stars, but there were so many issues! When we arrived we noticed that it wasn’t as clean as expected (sand still on the floor, floors dirty behind the doors, mold spots at the edges in the showers, appliance fronts streaked), but we decided that we could deal with that. However, as the evening went on we found more and more problems - bath tub was black (I have a 10 month old that has to take a bath in the tub), mold covering the shower curtain, master bed had sand in the sheets, master bed mattress was broken with a huge dip in it, the bunk beds smelled so bad that my 6 year old wouldn’t sleep on the sheets, the walls around the bunk beds were black from dirt, and the couch was caked in sand. (I know some sand is expected at the beach, but this was extreme.). I messaged the owners and they replied right away and sent the housekeeper over. She was helpful in wanting to fix what she could, but some of it couldn’t be fixed. Plus, having to walk someone around and tell them what they did wrong was awkward and not what I wanted to do on vacation. Apparently the bathtub is being replaced next month, but that didn’t help me with bathing my 10 month old at the time. (The owners knew that I was traveling with a baby.) The pros are that it is an awesome location! It was so nice to be right off the pool so that we could come in and out with the kids. We loved eating at schooners next door. Also, the owners are very nice and willing to work with issues. I just think the condo was misrepresented and needs some updating.

Relaxing

Good Location , Easy beach access , Schooners next door! The only suggestion we would have is to have a more comfortable couch and chairs to relax in the evening , Some how find a way for storage In the Kitchen for grocery’s . And the master bed mattress we give a 3.9 out of 5 ! We would stay there again even if it remained the same . Just a few things we suggested for improvement . Thanks

This condo was everything we expected!

We were close to St. Andrew's State Park and all of our favorite restaurants. The views were amazing and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely go back there again!

Fun in Flordia

This location was great! We loved the convenience of staying on the 1st floor. We didn’t have to wait on elevators and you couldn’t hear pool noise at all. We would def stay here again!
