What a resort! Seychelles have the best location on Panama City Beach. Located right on the beach on a private drive off the Thomas Drive away from the massive traffic and congestion of the strip. There is actually room to enjoy the beach!!

The condo is on the ground floor with direct access to pools and beach, great for convenience.

Seychelles has two pools and a hot tub for relaxing after a hard day on the beach, One pool is heated (October to March) for all-year swimming. Seychelles is walking distance of the beautiful St. Andrews State Park and right next store to Schooners Beach Club bar and restaurant. Other great restaurants like Scampy's and Montego Bay Seafood House are also a short walk away.

King-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin bunk beds in the bunk alcove provide roomy accommodations for four. This unit comes with FREE high speed WiFi internet access and a good choice of TV cable programs.

Kid's program is offered during Spring and Summer months on Tuesday's and Wednesday's at 10:00 and 2:00 pm.

When we arrived the cleaning crew was here as we were an hour early. They were so polite and came out to the pool deck to find us and let us know when the unit was ready. The condo was spotless and they were so friendly.

Beautiful relaxing week

We stayed at Seychelles Condo 107. The unit was beautiful, everything you need for your vacation trip. It was a fun relaxing week sitting on the beach, and around the pool. Our bottom floor unit was so convenient for easy access. The restaurants are easy to get too, our favorite was Pineapple Willy’s and Schooners right next door. Our beach employee Alex was zmazing so friendly and kind. He always had a smile on his face. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. 💕💕😃

I so badly want to give this condo 5 stars, but there were so many issues!

When we arrived we noticed that it wasn’t as clean as expected (sand still on the floor, floors dirty behind the doors, mold spots at the edges in the showers, appliance fronts streaked), but we decided that we could deal with that. However, as the evening went on we found more and more problems - bath tub was black (I have a 10 month old that has to take a bath in the tub), mold covering the shower curtain, master bed had sand in the sheets, master bed mattress was broken with a huge dip in it, the bunk beds smelled so bad that my 6 year old wouldn’t sleep on the sheets, the walls around the bunk beds were black from dirt, and the couch was caked in sand. (I know some sand is expected at the beach, but this was extreme.). I messaged the owners and they replied right away and sent the housekeeper over. She was helpful in wanting to fix what she could, but some of it couldn’t be fixed. Plus, having to walk someone around and tell them what they did wrong was awkward and not what I wanted to do on vacation. Apparently the bathtub is being replaced next month, but that didn’t help me with bathing my 10 month old at the time. (The owners knew that I was traveling with a baby.)

The pros are that it is an awesome location! It was so nice to be right off the pool so that we could come in and out with the kids. We loved eating at schooners next door. Also, the owners are very nice and willing to work with issues. I just think the condo was misrepresented and needs some updating.

Love the property. Dirty condo.

I contacted the owner about how filthy the floors were and even purchased a mop to clean it myself (we had to walk around in socks or wash our feet before going to bed). His response was that we should expect dirty floors on a ground level condo and that he’d never experienced a problem with his cleaning service before. Bathtub was filthy. I did a once over upon departure to made sure we hadn’t forgotten anything and under the dresser was a filthy camisole that did not belong to me. I alerted the owner to that as well as the fact that there is no deadbolt on the door, making it very dangerous if you have a little one.

The property itself is perfectly situated. You couldn’t ask for a better location. He also was very easy to arrange scheduling with when I had a conflict arise that caused us to shorten the trip. The condo unit was the issue.

Owner's Response: You have to realize that every time you change your planned arrival or departure we have to contact the housekeeping company and ask to reschedule the service. You are right, we were flexible, as we are always trying to be. Just to refresh your memory, you asked us to schedule/reschedule 3 times. Then, just before the planned arrival you asked for early arrival and we contacted the housekeeping company again and arranged for you the condo ready at noon instead of 4 pm. Free of charge. You did not use it. Instead, you arrived so late that there was no way for anybody to handle your complains. It is possible that the housekeeping service, being in hurry to make the condo available 4 hours earlier, missed something. Sorry! I certainly did not say you should expect or accept dirty floors. How could I? I tried to explain that the bathtub could not be cleaned to the bright white any more. It lost its gloss due to all the sand that inevitably gets into the first floor condo. As I said, the bathtub will be replaced in a few weeks. It is not always possible to arrange for work like this immediately.

Absolutely loved the condo.

This condo was amazing. It was very nice to be able to walk right out to the pool and on to the beach. It's a very family friendly place to stay. My kids absolutely loved it. The condo had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great Stay - Again

This was our second visit to Seychelles Condo #107. And again it was great. The location is wonderful for us. We prefer the quieter, less commercialized area. So if you like the chaos of "touristy" stuff, this might not be the place for you. The ground floor is also perfect for us. No elevators to contend with and steps (literally) from the pool. My kids love that for sure! The condo is well equipped with towels, linens and kitchen items. The only issue we had was not being left a parking pass and 2 extra pool bracelets (which the "pool police" as we called him checked every day). But that issue was taken care of as soon as possible with minimal trouble. It was another great stay! Thanks Peter for another great place to vacation.
