Just steps down an exterior stairway will put you at the top of Main Street, where you'll have quick access to shopping, world-class dining, and Park City's nightlife. Hop on the free Trolley for a ride to the Town Lift or Old Town Transit Center, where you can explore the slopes of Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, or the Canyons Village.

This charming, single-level condo (1600 sq. ft.) boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests.

From the assigned parking space and into the building, you will take the flight of stairs to the 1st level. Upon entering, you'll find a cozy space to store your gear before entering the main living area.

Living Room:
The living room embodies classic mountain charm, featuring a sectional sofa and leather swivel chairs that provide a comfortable space to relax after a day of adventure. A see-through wood-burning fireplace adds a warm ambiance, while a 55” HD TV with cable, Apple TV, and a DVD player ensures plenty of entertainment options. Stocked with books, cards, and board games, this is the perfect spot for a night in.

Kitchen:
The updated kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove, refrigerator/freezer (no ice maker), oven and microwave, as well as stylish stone countertops. The center island provides bar seating for 3, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee from the drip coffee maker.

Dining Area:
Adjacent to the kitchen and situated next to the cozy see-through fireplace, this dining area offers a sturdy wood table with chair and bench seating for up to 9.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
King Bedroom 1: Relax in the king-size bed, which comes with two closets and access to a shared bathroom featuring a stone countertop vanity and a tub/shower combo with a deep soaking tub.

Queen Bedroom 2: The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious closet. The 2nd full shared bathroom features a spacious glass shower with a luxurious rain shower head.

Bunk Room (Bedroom 3): Ideal for kids or friends, this room has twin-over-twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed. Guests in this room have access to both shared bathrooms.

Laundry: Communal laundry room on the first level, with coin-operated machines ($0.25 per load)
