Location is perfect!

Had a sister’s retreat at this cozy condo. We walked to the alpine slide and had a reunion at the park across the street. Perfect location for all our needs!

We rented the condo to be near our son’s house for Thanksgiving. It is in a great location and was everything we needed it to be. The garage for parking was an added bonus.

Incredible location!

This location is perfection! The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had to book a last minute trip with a mixed group and everyone had a great time! The owner was great to work with, we'll be back!

Easy walk to Park City base

The townhouse was super convenient. Easy walk to the base area, Starbucks, Fresh Market, etc. the hot tub was a great amenity after full days on the slopes.

Perfect location for skiing Park City

Great property. Had everything you could need and the hot tub was great. Perfect location to walk to Park City base. The covered parking was a garage. Plenty big, although couldn’t quite squeeze an F150 in, any normal size vehicle would fit fine. Chris was easy to work with and responsive but we had no problems during our stay.

Amazing!

We had an amazing trip to Park City. Chris was a wonderful host and made everything easy for us. He also gave us tons of local recommendations. The house is in an awesome location, we walked everywhere. And we loved soaking in the hot tub every day after spending time on the mountain! We can’t wait to come back again.

Great location and a comfortable condo

This condo in downtown Park City is centrally located to the main base of the ski resort, the town park and skate park, and summer recreation. It is perfect for a family looking for a summer vacation (when we stayed) and would be ideal for skiers. The hot tub was a wonderful place to relax after a day of mountain biking. The host (Chris) was communicative prior to our stay and provides a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Location and comfort

Extremely strategic and convenient location with access to both Town Lift and Park City Resort Lifts via bus or walk. Very comfortable bedding for a good nights sleep after a long day on the slopes. Private hot tub tops it all off!!

Decent townhome with excellent location

Great location! Townhome is old but fine as many other reviewers mentioned. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was more or less stocked. The AC situation was not perfect but also it worked. Thanks for having us!

Great Hot Tub, Great Location, Great Owner/staff

The unit is in a fantastic location, just one block from the main parking lot at Park City. There is a steep hill up to the lot but its short and doable in ski boots carrying your gear. If you have a car, its really simple to drive up to the lot and transport all the gear but a car is not required. If you do have one, there is plenty of parking, including a single car garage at the unit. The unit is older and has some issues but the owner and property manager really went out of their way to try and make our stay better. They even gave us a partial refund for some of the issues that occurred during the week. Its comfortable and the living room/kitchen/dining room can easily accommodate a larger crowd. The private hot tub on the deck is new and great. it was fantastic to get off the mountain, back to the condo, and into the hot tub in about 20 minutes. Although it is right by the mountain, the tub felt very private. The unit needs some quick fixes and additions but overall it was a really good place to stay, ski, and be together.

Location, location, location!

The townhouse was clean, location was ideal and the hot tub was amazing! Chris (property owner) was more than happy to answer all my questions and gave great recommendations for things to do around town. I highly recommend renting this property for your next stay!

Christmas week

The location is great for accessing the main lifts at Park City Mt Resort, although it's a busy corner and you can hear the plows all night. Our biggest frustration was the kitchen-the oven wouldn't close all the way and had to be propped closed with a ski pole. there was not a single pan that could be put in the oven-no cookie sheet or casserole pan for cooking chicken or biscuits or baking/broiling anything-we had to buy one-we also bought wine glasses. The dishes were not clean although put away. There is no broom if you wish to sweep the kitchen. All of the liquid soap dispensers in the bathrooms and the dishwasher soap were filled with water to make us believe there was soap-but no luck. Behind the hot tub were beer cans and someone's underwear-probably still there. The queen mattresses are old and soft. For the money I spent I was disappointed
