This home is spread between 2 levels featuring the main living, dining, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms up top with the studio/3rd bonus sleeping area below - making the home a wonderful option for groups with its flexible layout to ensure everyone has the space they need to relax, recharge, and feel right at home. Up top, you’ll find an enchanting hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ space that’s closed in by the red rocks.

Please note - there’s no steps inside the home but there are steps outside to get to the main door

The third bedroom is an attached studio on the lower level, featuring its own private entrance. While it’s separate from the main interior, it offers easy access and a little extra privacy for those staying there. Please note that this room does not have its own bathroom, but the two bathrooms inside the main house are available for use.

The third bedroom is a great option for larger groups, older kids, teens, or guests who would like a bit more privacy.

**For families with young children, we recommend the two bedrooms in the main part of the house — one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed — since they are right next to each other, providing the most comfort and convenience.

** Shared Laundry Access:

The laundry room is connected to the main house but has a separate entrance. It is independent from the main house, which locks from the inside for privacy. You will be provided with a schedule for laundry access, and Casita guests will also have their designated times to use the laundry room.

** The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees.

★ Important Note for Pet Owners: ★
We recommend not leaving pets unattended, as they may wander off and there is wildlife in the area. Please keep your furry friends on a leash or supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

While we welcome up to two dogs, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe medical allergies of the owner.

★ Pet Policy Reminder: ★
* Blankets and bedding are for human use only — please bring your pet’s own sleeping accommodations.
* Kindly keep pets off furniture and bedding.
* Please crate pets when left unattended for their safety and to help prevent damage.
* Extra fees may apply if there is noticeable pet damage.

Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and outdoors.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
