Charming Townhome in a Scenic Community with Golf & Hiking Access

Welcome to our inviting townhome nestled in a quiet community that features its the country club amenities of a golf course and access to scenic hiking paths. Located in the heart of Flagstaff, this home offers direct access to the renowned Flagstaff Urban Trail System—step right off the back deck and into nature for a morning jog or a peaceful afternoon hike.

Rental Details:

A 30-night minimum stay is required. We do not allow the month to be split up—bookings must stay here for a full calendar month or longer.

Peak season rates apply during June, July, and August.

Discounted rates are available for stays of 6 months or more.

Pets friendly. with pre-approval, 1 pet only must be under 30 pounds in size.

Prime Location: Just minutes from Northern Arizona University (NAU), this townhome is ideally situated for convenience and exploration. Enjoy easy access to nearby amenities, including Safeway, Best Buy, Flagstaff Mall, Village Inn, Wildflower Bread Company, Salsa Brava, and downtown shopping and dining.

Whether you're in town for an extended stay or planning a longer-term retreat, you'll love the blend of comfort, natural beauty, and proximity to everything Flagstaff has to offer.

This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, all on one level with no stairs to climb from the entry to inside of the home, just one step and you're inside, and a great living area for reading and relaxing. It also has a spacious breakfast bar with 4 chair-style bar stools. Inside the kitchen is an eating area that seats another four chairs for meal time. There is a Suede sofa and loveseat in the living room and a nice big wood-burning fireplace for your family to enjoy. This is a great location. your close to downtown and the Continental Country Club, yet it feels like miles away, being nestled right in the forest with a hiking trail one of Flagstaff's urban trails right in your backyard.

This home also has WIRELESS INTERNET and DIRECTV for the whole family to enjoy. You can relax on the outdoor patio and watch the wildlife or take a job or hike off the backyard area. If you want to escape with the family, get out of the heat, and enjoy the cool pines, then this home is an affordable choice with an ideal location for a vacation. We supply toilet paper and paper towels, trash bags, Dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. We do not supply personal products or toiletries such as toothpaste and shampoo. If you wish to use the Country Club amenities, there is a transfer fee the guest must pay. The owner will authorize the transfer, but all fees must be paid by the guest to transfer the membership in their name. This must be done in person at the clubhouse. If you wish to use amenities, please advise us 15 days in advance.

It was Beautiful scenery outside the inside of the home was nice we did not like the sofa and loveseat very uncomfortable, the washer was off balance when i first used it my husband had to put a piece of cardboard under the washer so it would stay balanced. On the stove one of the burner knob to your left was broke so i never used that burner. The faucet in the kitchen leaked around the bottom base. the walk in shower had mold all around the bottom which is not healthy for you long term. We had to kill 8 spiders inside the home which i did not like to see. The TV had no good channels to watch good thing i had my ROKU. I will not be returning

Property was exactly what was described. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was friendly and very helpful. It's a lovely hideaway in the mountains. We really enjoyed the snow! We'll return for sure.

The property manager was great,communicative and easy to deal with. The house was very clean and amazingly well equipped for any need. The location is just beautiful. Although it is next to other condos it is a very private lot backs the forest and it’s just beautiful. Couldn’t have enjoyed my time anymore.

Wonderful Wilderness Retreat in the City!

First of all, the house was perfect for us. The ping pong and pool in the garage were a special plus. The unexpected delight was the wildlife right out our door. This property borders a vast expanse of woods with neighbors visible but not that close. So you are in the wilderness -- yet not alone! All the city conveniences are just a few minutes drive away. Plus it was very quiet which was what we definitely wanted. At one point we saw a herd of FIFTY deer -- yes, 50! Plus all the birds and other small wild animals every single day. Therefore, we give this Flagstaff property the highest rating. We would say, however, be sure to check out the weather ahead of time for the period of your stay. Flagstaff has its own unique weather patterns. It is different, for example, from Sedona. Happy Trails!

Thanksgiving 2020 Getaway

We stayed in this townhouse for Thanksgiving 2020 and it was perfect! As stated, it is at the end of a street with open land behind it. This makes it quiet and peaceful, but it's only a 10 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, restaurants and the Flagstaff mall. The Grand Canyon is about 90 miles away and Sedona is about 35 miles. The inside is larger than we expected. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with enough dishes/glasses/flatware to fill the dishwasher without running out. There is an abundance of pots and pans as well. There is also a washer and dryer in the townhouse. You don't need to walk through either bedroom to get to either bathroom. But if you want a little extra privacy, there are hallway doors that close making two bedroom/bathroom suites. It's hard to explain without a floor plan, but this really is perfect for a family or two couples. As Californians, it was pretty cold to us (highs in the 40s, lows in the teens) so we didn't take advantage of the patio or the games in the garage. It's a great setup, though. We did use the fireplace and the heater works great. This is certainly on our "will visit again" list!

Fun to go explore Flagstaff, fun in the game room, but the best part is taking a hike out the back door and looking at the endless stars.

Lovely location

We enjoyed the neighborhood trails and wildlife right off our deck. We would suggest that a larger table and chairs be provided on the deck, to seat 4. As seniors we found the too soft sofa and loveseat very uncomfortable offering no support. Not having the use of a grill was disappointing. We never used the game room, we would have preferred a garage for our car. I would recommend this rental. The property manager was very good.

Weekend trip to go skiing

We rented this place to go skiing and it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and about 30 minutes to Snowbowl. My boys enjoyed the game room and watching TV in the living room. Nice place and I would rent here again.

A great experience

We loved our stay at this property. I only wish I had rented an SUV with 4 wheel drive. We had several inches of snow and there is a steep hill leading up to the place. It took me three tries to get up the slope in a two-wheel drive.

Property is well maintained and feels very secluded even though it is close to everything you need. You can sit on the back porch and watch deer go by. Downside is not allowing guests to stream movies/games. There is a redbox close by to rent movies however. Very conveniently located close to the continental golf course and driving range.
