About Jennifer Morris

We started our family here in Flagstaff in 2003. The Birch House was our first home and we couldn't let it go! We live and work here in Flagstaff and cannot imagine ourselves anywhere else!

Jennifer Morris purchased this house in 2003

Why Jennifer Morris chose Canyon Country & Northeast

The charm of the classic downtown house and location can't be beat! We love the small town feel and expanse of the outdoors at 7000 feet! We ski, hike, cycle, boat . . . if its outside, we are doing it!

What makes this house unique

The Birch House is located at the end of a quiet, residential street located close to it all! It's old house charm with original wood floors and windows and fabulous lighting made us fall in love with it more than a decade ago! We are certain you will fall in love as well!

Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

Very cute and comfortable house. Close to downtown. We loved staying here for my granddaughter's graduation from NAU. Room for the whole family.

Birch House Love

  • 5 of 5

Totally enjoyed the Birch House. We loved it. Four people lived comfortably over a weekend in April. All the amenities were included to cook and entertain. Great kitchen with a separate dining area. The table was big enough for evening games as well. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. We brought our own wood, though. The grill worked fine for our steaks one evening. I don't have one negative thing to comment on. I want to spend a Christmas holiday here at some point. We didn't bring our dog, but Jennifer allows pets. It is a conducive property for dogs. It has a completely fenced in yard.

We used Flagstaff as a home base for our trip to the Grand Canyon which is less than an hour and a half. The house is close to downtown Flagstaff. We walked to some great breweries and shops. Check out Babbitt's Backcountry Outfitters for all your outdoor gear. Really nice folks in there.

Thanks, Jennifer

So charming!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Birch House and would do so again. The home has the character and charm of an historic home but all the amenities of a modern home. The bed, so luxurious and comfy. The location is wonderful and we walked to town everyday, The yard is shady and private and fenced in, we'll bring our pugs next time.

Charming older home, walkable to town

  • 5 of 5

The property is a nicely updated older home with good outdoor space and good layout for multiple couples or family members. The neighborhood was quiet. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown. The house was very clean, and the owner was very helpful and responsive. Everything was as advertised on the VRBO website. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and amenities

  • 4 of 5

The owners were very accommodating, the property was clean and was stocked with everything we needed, and the kids loved having the game table and all of the fun books and games to keep them entertained! The house is located near all of the fun shops and restaurants, so we were able to ride the bikes and enjoy a leisure afternoon!
