NEW LISTING for 2025 - A delightful family farmhouse that has been lovingly restored and updated, the original hardwood floors have all been refinished to showcase the farmhouse design and appeal. Situated on many acres of private land with a private pond! The spring fed pond is wonderful for swimming and fishing and a great way to beat the summer heat and melt away the chaos of the baseball park! There is a pavilion next to the pond to escape the sun or rain!

Pindar's Pond is located under 10 miles to All Star Village and close to all the shops and restaurants Oneonta has to offer. Set back from the road with lots of yard space its your own slice of the country side. The backyard has a large fenced in area great to keep kiddos close, sit on the stone patio and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while the young ones play in the yard. Enter into the open kitchen with dining area and bar seating, the wonderful beadboard built in cabinets are a classic farmhouse touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make and serve a meal, just bring your own food!

There is a wonderful open layout between the kitchen, dining and living room all filled with lots of natural light form the numerous windows on the backside of the house. Everything is on one level, the queen bedroom is located just off the living room. The primary king bedroom is in the back corner of the house and the twins room in off the hallway. The laundry area and full bathroom are located to the right of the kitchen. There is a large smart ROKU TV in the living room as well as TV's in the primary bedroom and the twin bedroom all with high speed internet.

Just a short walk on the mowed trail to the pond enjoy all the beautiful countryside has to offer. Book this home away from home today!

Relaxing, easy and comfortable

The host was very welcoming and accommodating with anything we needed. New to Cooperstown baseball family stays, she was happy to add amenities like a gas grill, fire pit and a few games on site. She lives near so anything we needed was quickly addressed. An old farmhouse with charm with full kitchen, laundry and AC units. Lastly, only 5-7 min from all the shopping you need for the week. Our family of 5 stayed there comfortably. Highly recommend for your baseball stay whether in All Star village or Dreams park although closer to All Star village.
