Welcome to your cozy stay at "The Perch!" This sunny, waterfront, condo is the perfect place for a quiet getaway, or a small family vacation. Enjoy a cozy cup of coffee or happy hour cocktail on our beautiful balcony, as you watch the boats go by on the 24 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks. Grill a home cooked meal or use our small kitchen to save money and avoid the busy crowds if you like to cook while you travel. Otherwise the full amenities of Margaritaville, Redhead's Yacht Club, and Shorty Pants are all nearby by car. Also nearby are Rapid Robert's for convenience items, and Barista Go for coffee, breakfast, and local artisan shopping. The boat ramp and trailer parking make this location a perfect spot if you're someone who loves to visit LOTO for one of our fishing tournaments throughout the year, and our ground level unit without stairs makes loading your luggage, gear, and coolers a breeze. The community pool is just a few short steps away from the condo, where you'll find everyone from retirees having a sunset cocktail to families with young children enjoying the kid's pool on site. There's a little something for everyone here at Weston Point, as you find yourself lost in an era of the lake gone by.

If you are looking for a highscale dining with a casual atmosphere then you have to check out Jeffery's Prime Rib and Lobster! All this and more 5 mintues or less from this unit!
