Charming Studio Cottage located on Easton's Point

Excellent Easton's Point location, just off Tuckerman Avenue. Charming cottage located on a quiet street walking distance to Easton's Beach, 2nd Beach, numerous restaurants, and Newport's scenic Cliff Walk. Only a short driving distance to downtown Newport, several historic mansions and Bellevue Avenue.

This studio style cottage is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood adjacent to an owner-occupied dwelling. It is ideal for a single person, couple or small family (max. 1 older child) coming to enjoy a lovely, relaxing vacation in the Newport area.

Due to the structural set up of the rental (stairs and loft) and the safety of guests we can only have older children, aged 12 and up traveling with their families.

This cottage is perfect for a single person or a couple looking to be close to Newport but in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Perfect Middletown Cottage!

This cottage was just what I needed for a quiet 3-day getaway. Tucked in a peaceful residential area near the beaches and close to Sachuest Point, it offered a great mix of comfort and location. The space was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming feel. What stood out most was how thoughtful the owner was (water in fridge and coffee pods ready for the next morning) and checking in to make sure everything was going well, which really added a personal touch. It’s a perfect spot to recharge and to be so close and convenient to all that Newport and Middletown have to offer. I look forward to staying stay here again!!

Newport Folk Fest

This space was absolutely perfect for two dad- aged guys. Joan made the check in process seamless, and was proactively communicating prior to arrival to make sure we were on the same page. I was greeted by Marty upon arrival, a delightful and friendly cat who had coffee with me in the morning. The cottage was clean, had dishes, a full fridge, and a gas stove. There was also a Kurig for coffee with plenty of pods. We are quiet people and appreciated the quiet neighborhood, but the beach and cliff walk are a five minute walk from the stay.

Wonderful stay

We stayed in this cozy cottage for three nights to attend our nieces wedding. It is close to all the Newport activities. It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, quiet home every day! The host that we met was such a lovely lady. We’ll have to come back to Middletown and stay in this cottage more often in the future!

Perfect, quiet getaway.

The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The best part was walking to the edge of the water, sitting on the rocks and watching the waves. Very convenient drive to downtown, mansions, Cliff Walk etc.

We had the good fortune to stay in this charming cottage while we were in Middletown for a family wedding. From the booking process till checkout, the experience was excellent. Joan and Tony were warm and gracious and shared fascinating stories about the property’s history. The unit itself is fantastic! Nice little cottage next to owners home, quiet residential area, can walk or bike to beach or the restaurant area. Full size frig, oven and microwave, etc. Comfy and convenient. Friendly and helpful owner. We would stay here again.
