Great Location near U of A stadium

The house was much nicer than the outside would indicate. It was very clean and looked recently remodeled. Wish the back yard had some sun protection and more comfortable furniture. Very convenient to downtown and the U of A. Check in was easy and convenient. Would love to return.

Property is as advertised. AC worked well, both bedrooms had ceiling fans & cutains. You have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom & the back patio but that wasn't a problem for us. Manager always responded quickly, property is within 5 minute strolling distance of UA campus. Dedicated parking in gravel driveway. Really nice washer dryer stack. Bring your own detergent. Lots of sunlight. No outlets by the two desks, so recommend you or owner purchase a long power strip if you want to sit at a desk and work. We intentionally did not want to work, so it was fine. Decor was lovely & furniture comfortable. Back patio shaded by a cover. TV in working order. Wifi speed met our needs. Felt safe during our stay.
