- Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, white quartz countertops & a coffee station with Nespresso & coffee machines. The kitchen island seats three & the dining table seats eight.

- Backyard Fun: Fully fenced yard with a propane barbecue, Traeger grill (bring your own pellets), cornhole, playset & a hot tub for relaxation. Perfect for family picnics or just unwinding under the stars by the fire pit.

- Game Room: Garage transformed into a fun game room with ping pong & a basketball arcade.

- Loft Area: Cozy loft with a sectional couch that turns into a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, Nintendo Switch & a bookshelf full of books.

- Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king bed, mounted flatscreen TV & private bathroom with backyard access. Two other king bedrooms, plus two queen bedrooms with backyard access & a fun twin XL over queen bunk bed for kids.

- Location: In the best area of Big Bear, with Ski Beach Park just a short walk away, the Village Shopping Center a 4-minute drive & Snow Summit Ski Resort only
