Summary:
Closest building to ski lift in Telluride!! You will love this refreshed luxury condo - ski in/out, on the river trail and a 5 minute walk to just about everything - if tired or don't feel like walking, the shuttle comes every 10 minutes stopping right outside the door. The hottub directly overlooks the slopes and the lift you could hit the lift with a ball easily. In the summer, you are right on the river trail, center of everything but have privacy of being on the edge of this 10 block town.
**At this property, we understand that your furry friends are an important part of your family. That's why we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodation options. We're one of the few places in the area that welcomes pets. Please note that there is a $175 fee per stay for guests traveling with pets. Please note, this property has been recently updated with new furniture and designer upgrades. It is one of over a dozen units we own in town, including four within this complex, all of which have received excellent reviews. This particular unit has maintained a 100% five-star rating since its refresh in July 2022.

Please be advised that dogs are permitted with a $175 charge per my cleaning contract, which cannot be waived. Unfortunately, the platform does not facilitate this charge, so please use Venmo (@kpreble) or arrange payment through the appropriate channel if you plan to bring your four-legged companion.

Additionally, it is imperative that no dogs are allowed on the furniture, including beds, couches, and chairs. A $200 charge will be applied if this policy is disregarded.

Great location . Nice unit but very tiny- ok for 2. A lot of stairs . No welcome package with information about the area or how to work items in the unit . Kitchen and bathroom not well stocked . Parking great .

Great place, as advertised

Overall a great place to stay. Perfect location, good parking, good heating and comfy furniture. Gas stove is super nice and all the pots pans plates etc very high quality. Only a couple of things to consider. There was no parking pass so we had to write our own and we didn't bring a pen and paper with us on the plane so we had to go buy some. I didn't see anyone get towed though so its probably not a big problem. The metal ladder going up to the loft is not very secure. It rolls along the floor and does not lock in place so it will try to roll on you when you climb it if you're not careful. An able bodied athletic adult will have no issue but I wouldn't let a child or a grandparent try to climb it. The couch only really comfortably fits 3 people so one person always had to sit on the not so comfy dining table chairs. Wifi was a little spotty but we were on the slopes the whole time so it didn't matter much. Hot tub isn't monitored by anyone so the temp is limited but still nice.
