About this space
Spacious 4 Bedroom family home on 3 private acres on hilltop. 1.5 miles from Shy Beaver Boat launch in James Creek. Beautiful views out every window. Sunset view of Cove Mountain from large deck and firepit. Plenty of yard space for kids to run around or for boat parking. Covered patio for those rainy days. 200 Channel Cable on 4 TVs including 75" Smart TV, and Zoom quality Gig internet on all 3 Floors. Well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and AC.
The space
This an open concept house with lots of room, 3 fireplaces, and a loft in the main family room. This is an older home so the bathrooms are small.
Guest access
Plenty of parking and room for your boat. The driveway is gravel and fairly steep in a few spots.

Patty was very communicative and helpful from the very start. When we arrived, everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the house was very clean. The house has a great "cozy" feel to it despite being quite large in terms of space & bedrooms. The firepit allowed for nice evening relaxation and warmth in the cool Fall nights. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
