Welcome to SOLEIL VISTA. This gorgeously appointed, fully remodeled, 3-bedroom 2 bathroom, single-story house walking distance from the shops and restaurants of downtown Vista is ready for you! Air conditioning, privacy, charm and comfort-this house has it ALL! Outside there is a peaceful yard, deck, pond and hot tub for your use. All this, and a quick 15-minute drive to the beach. One mile to the Wave Water Park and Cinepolis Luxury Theater. Level 2 EV charger! Detached ADU is rented separately. Minimum 3 month lease. Sunny photos of backyard uploaded soon.
