Summary:
Experience a glamorous diamond studded space! Stunning fireplace, cracked glass dining table, luxurious master w/ fireplace. Triple bunk bed in 3rd bedroom. Beautiful comfy leather couch, crystal light fans in every room, plus a new and fully-stocked kitchen. Outdoor patio seating w/ BBQ, fire pit, outdoor TV’s, ping pong, and pet station. This sprawling property has three other private units. No parties or unauthorized guest allowed, so our other guests and families can also enjoy their stays.

The Space:
You will be wowed when you step into this glamorous space. You feel like royalty! Very tastefully decorated for your comfort and to sparkle your imagination. Diamond fireplace in the living room to delight your senses. The unique cracked glass dining table seats six and is off the slider, where you’ll find two more tables outside with a covered seating area, fire pit, and BBQ. The master bedroom is romantic and features a king-size bed. The classic white second bedroom feels luxurious and has a queen bed. With bunk single beds, the third bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults. The newly designed kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances.

Melrose Place Unit 3 is the largest of the four units on this sprawling property. All units are private and have private access, and they share common space and outdoor amenities. This is your home away from home! Everything about the unit was designed to maximize space and give you options to make your guests comfortable. The unit has a dedicated workspace, and the living room is large enough for your whole group to stream your favorite shows on the new Smart TV.

For business needs, there is a dedicated workstation and an on-site printer. This unit has a semi-private backyard patio and has access to a front seating area with a fire pit and TV. The bar area with outdoor TV and table is perfect if you're staying with other guests or enjoy meeting new people and would like to watch a game. It’s also perfect if you want to sit and watch the kids play in the kid's corner right next to the community seating area and ping pong table, and your unit has access to a private BBQ in the back patio area.

The on-site laundry room has two new, spacious washers and dryers. There are also lots of extra games and books for your use in the laundry area, including beach chairs and towels (located in the laundry room.) The location is convenient, just minutes from the beach and the freeway.

Guest Access:
The property has three other private units with some outdoor common space, yet each has a semi-private outdoor area. You will be given access via a 4-digit keypad code to your own private unit and keypad code access to the shared laundry room upon request.

LAUNDRY ROOM (CODE 1425)
The laundry room is located to the left of Unit 1, on the very north side of the buildings. It has its own dedicated entry. You also have access to the laundry room and business center, where you’ll find additional outdoor games, indoor games, toys, and books. This area also has extra beach chairs and beach towels.

The Neighborhood:
It is a great area close to the freeway, shopping, and public transportation. You can jump on the freeway and be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Be at Disneyland in less than an hour, or head to Legoland in less than 15 minutes. Centrally located to all the reasons one would travel to southern CA. Don’t forget Vista is the climatic wonderland of the USA, with average temperatures in the low to mid-70s year-round. Vista is also the Brewery capital of the USA per capita!! Vista is also one of the best places to raise a family in the USA. You will appreciate the location, the people, and the weather. It’s the best in the west!

Getting Around:
There is plenty of free on-site parking. You're close to public transit and a popular location for Uber, Grub Hub, or Instacart your groceries. My guidebook has great ideas on local Restaurants and nearby grocery stores. Turo is a great app for easy, no-hassle car rentals. You can have a car delivered or take an Uber and pick it up. Everything is done on an app.

Other Things to Note:
Be sure to look at the other three units on the property. We have a duplex with two two-bedroom units, a three-bedroom house, and a studio that sleeps four. If you don't see the links to the other units, message us. Melrose Place is the perfect way to travel with friends and family and have each family stay in their own unit.

You are on a busy street. Although the house is set high from the road, you need to be aware that there may be some traffic noise at the front of the property. You will also need to be watchful of pets and kids, as the street traffic is relatively high-speed.
