Rental minimums - Please note:

Holiday and school holiday weeks and weekends require a four or five-night minimum, depending on where the holiday falls over the weekend. Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Winter Holidays including New Year's, Presidents Day, and school vacation weeks.
