Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check that all windows and doors are locked. Please load the dishwasher and start it. Empty the trash and recycling into the outside bins. Return any moved items to their original locations.
Put all towels, sheets, and pillow cases in the laundry room. Do not remove the mattress liners or comforters unless soiled.
Turn off all lights. Set the thermostat to 82. If you brought a pet with you, clean up all pet waste and excessive pet hair. The cleaning fee does not cover pet waste and excessive hair.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No photography or videography allowed on site.

I am originally from California but have lived in Arizona for over 25 years. My wife and I met here and are raising two young kids! The Summers get hot, but the 3 other seasons make up for it. With all the outdoor items to do here, AZ is the place to be!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of its location. It is centrally located at only 5-10 minutes from major freeways, downtown Gilbert, splash pads, and parks!

What makes this property unique

This property is unique due to the access to the park and the decrease in immediate neighbors. There is only one neighbor to the West. The community park occupies the other surrounding sides. Great access for those looking for a nice patch of grass. Soccer goals are close by too!
