Important Notice: This property is available for rental with a minimum stay of 90 consecutive days. Rental prices remain fixed and are not subject to reduction based on the length of stay.
Welcome to Hale Kahakai! This exquisite single-family oceanfront retreat is nestled in a serene neighborhood on the North-East side of Oahu. From the moment you step through the front door, you ll be captivated by the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean s blue and turquoise waters. The home has undergone a detailed renovation, with $150,000 invested in upgrades to enhance your stay, including a modernized kitchen and all four bathrooms.
The property features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious open-concept living and dining area, all within 2,905 square feet of luxurious space. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and includes two dedicated garage parking stalls.

- In-house washer/dryer
- Ceiling fans in all living spaces
- Flatscreen TV
- Free Wi-Fi
- Large sectional sofa for gatherings

**Long term tenant lives on property above the garage - seperate living space from the main house**
For your safety and peace of mind, our property is equipped with exterior security cameras. These cameras are located in the driveway, at the entry door, and on the back lanai. They are in place to monitor the property's exterior and ensure a secure environment for our guests. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
