Location! Location! Awesome ground level condo within a short walk to the beautiful beaches of IOP and the amazing IOP Recreation Center that has tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, playground, sports fields, etc! Walk to the beach from this family & dog friendly ground level duplex home, which is handicap accessible (but not ADA compliant) with no steps or stairs.

There is a 4car max allowed at this property~if you think you will have more cars please reach out to me. IOP has a strict parking ordinance based on occupancy that is enforced.


Take advantage of the six miles of wide beaches, fishing, kayaking, boating and Eco-tours on Isle of Palms by day and enjoy the fabulous foodie & cultural delights of downtown Charleston or nearby Mt. Pleasant or Sullivan's Island at night. Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive from the home and the beach is a 2 minute walk from the house. The Isle of Palms Recreation Center is 1.5 blocks from the house.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this house. The maximum number of overnight guests (over the age of 2) is 8. Please note, IOP is sensitive to inappropriate noise levels so no parties and large gatherings after 10 PM. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.

Isle of Palms is a beautiful barrier island near Charleston that has the relaxing air of a beach town but only 20 mins. from all downtown Charleston has to offer. Besides the gorgeous, wide beaches, IOP has a marina for renting kayaks, jet skis or boats, has an amazing recreation center that includes a playground, tennis courts, sport fields and indoor and outdoor basketball courts. This is truly a one of a kind home in an excellent location on Isle of Palms with the beach and Intercoastal Waterway just steps away!

Just a great family stay place and only a couple minutes from the beach which was NOT crowded even during the week of the 4th. Dog friendly. Bring a runner.Perfect for a family with younger children/grandchildren and a dog or two. Outside shower is convenient. All accommodations are accurate except for a functional gas grill. It does need an upgrade. Unfortunately it looks like they were left out in the weather elements without a cover. That is the only negative which I am SURE will get fixed.A 10 out of 10 if you are just wanting to be near the beach and park and don't need to be super fancy. We will be back again and again and again.

This property could be " The Corner Gem ". Nothing on the outside said,Welcome we are ready for the season. Pressure washing hasn't happened for two seasons.The outdoor furniture and cushions haven't been cleaned in a long time. We used towels to sit on the outdoor furniture. We used sheets to sit on the inside furniture.Two items are urgently acquiring attention: the ice dispenser chute is coated in MOLD!!! the gas fired water heater is NOT properly vented!!! I'm embarrassed for not leaving immediately and going to a Hotel. We enjoyed everything about Charleston and the Isle of Palm. To repeat myself this property has the potential to be " The Corner Gem.

Great location just minutes from the beach. Perfect for a family with a well equipped kitchen, and plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the community recreation center with free basketball, tennis and pickleball courts is one block away. Host was pleasant and always quick to respond.
