About Benjamin Farmery

Family of five currently living in Leesburg, Virginia in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Three boys ages 11, 9, and 8 years old. Our family has enjoyed IOP for the past several years and we spend 2-3 weeks per year in the condo.

Why Benjamin Farmery chose Isle of Palms

Our family has enjoyed the IOP area for the past several years and we chose this property to purchase last year based on the proximity to the ocean, restaurants, shops, etc. Our family enjoys being able to walk or bike to all local attractions and the endless access to the beach.

What makes this condo unique

We love the stunning ocean views from the patio, the live music at Coconut Joe's just outside our condo in the Spring/Summer/Fall, and the convenience of this location to everything a vacationing family could want. We like to park our car and not need to drive anywhere for days at a time.

The condo was the perfect getaway for my family in March. The condo location was perfect and the views from the balcony were beautiful. The condo itself was clean, decorated beautifully, and very comfortable for our family of five. The decor, furnishings, and beds were much nicer and more comfortable compared to other properties in IOP we have rented. We will be sure to return next year!

Beautiful Oceanfront Property with Great Beach Access

This was our 4th trip to IOP and our 3rd time staying at this property. Each condo was well maintained, well stocked and clean! Great access to shopping and local restaurants. Some nights we walked to dinner and had a few drinks...others nights we had take out and enjoyed a quiet dinner on our ocean front deck. I would suggest this property to anyone!

Terrific place!

We just returned from IOP and had a terrific time. This condo was very large and met our needs. It is perfectly situated to all areas such as Charleston, Sullivan's Island etc. The condo was very clean, the master bed and bath were large and the other bedrooms are positioned great giving alot of privacy to other people that are with you. We did have a small issue with the wifi, TV and bluetooth but Sean responded immediately to our call and resolved all issues. The owners were terrific in responding when we first booked the condo and highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Nice place for an end of summer vacation

The property was as advertised. Roomy, well maintained, plenty of light.

Nice balcony with comfortable furniture for enjoying breezes and ocean view.

The last part of the walkway to the beach was not accessible due to Irma storm surge damage but the public access next door was OK so no serious inconvenience

Location in the middle of the "downtown" section of IOP is a mixed bag. Easy walk to 4-5 restaurants means we didn't move the car for several days. Sitting next to Coconut Joe's and public restroom / beach access was noisier than we normally like in a beach rental. Off season live music on FR-SA-SU only. Some of the entertainment was good and a nice way to spend the evening on the deck. Four hours of mediocre reggae chased us off the deck for one evening.

Overall we were had a good week and would consider renting this unit again in the future.
