Welcome to our brand new lakefront property! Situated on the picturesque shores of Fort Loudon Lake, this charming retreat offers a truly unforgettable vacation experience. The loft area features a spacious king bedroom. Two guest rooms are equipped with a queen bed, & twin bunks. Perfect for accommodating additional guests or children. One of the highlights of this property is the dock. Soak up the sun, tie up your boat or rent one nearby and explore the lake at your leisure.

Remove personal items and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place used towels in the shower.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited due to allergies. A $300 fine will be assessed if either of these rules are broken.

Excellent home for a long weekend on the water!

Awesome home for us to have a family weekend in Tennessee. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. The covered porch over looking the water was a perfect way to enjoy coffee!

Home is nice, new, with a clean interior, appointed well, and in a great setting. The area of opportunity is the exterior porches, which needed more attention, including clearing leaves, bugs, cobwebs from the siding and porch, and dirt from the outside chairs. Communication also felt a bit impersonal. Still a very good stay and an easy four stars that could become five with a few small improvements. (To me, five stars means perfect)

The house was cute! There was 6 of us all adults.The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! All 6 of us absolutely loved the beds and pillows! The space in the house is just enough for 6 people. Just remember there is only 1 bathroom so that’s touch with that many people but totally doable! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Parking is difficult as you have to park alongside the road and the road is tiny so turning around is also very difficult. The location was quiet and very peaceful! In all, the house was great! I HIGHLY recommend better cleaning prior to guests arrival.
