Owners are from the western suburbs of Chicago. Dave is a retired Boeing engineer. Diane is a real estate professional licensed in Illinois and Florida. Both love spending time in the mid-west and south Florida. Fishing, boating, pickleball and golfing are some of their fun escapes from managing properties.
Why they chose this property
Diane’s parent wintered in this mobile home for several years. Diane enjoyed it so much and during Covid 2020 she spent time in this community and loves everything the park and surrounding areas offer.
What makes this property unique
Location is key! This mobile home is situated on a pond filled with wildlife to watch. It’s peaceful and quiet. Close to the coin operated laundry room and extra bathrooms and showers.
