This was the perfect spot for our weekend. We were able to cook, hang out around the dining table, play video games and watch movies with ease. The beds were so comfortable, too, for which I was VERY grateful. I slept like a rock.

Great rental! Whytnie was excellent with communication before and during our stay. The rental was exactly as described. It was perfectly located for our visit going to Annapolis, Baltimore and places in between. One other positive is that the kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils etc for cooking. We would rent again!

This home was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The home was located in a very active, family friendly neighborhood. It was an easy 15 minute drive to Annapolis. We had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Property was stunning. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The host was accessible and quick to respond. The kitchen was very functional with top of the line appliances. This house was awesome. I was expecting more of an apartment setup, but it’s more like an entire ranch home with the basement locked for storage. Really responsive host too.

My friend and I came to Maryland for the Baybridge race this November, and even though the race was canceled we still enjoyed this beautiful home here in Arnold. The hosts were very attentive and the home was beautiful. Very clean and organized and well stocked. We had a great time and enjoyed this beautiful home. Would highly recommend anyone who is coming to the area for any reason. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay. Hope to see you again next year.

We stayed here over Parent’s Weekend in Annapolis while visiting our son at the Naval Academy, and it could not have been a better home base for such a special occasion. We wanted something close to USNA, but also comfortable enough for a 4-day stay.Our son requested his favorite home-cooked meals, so having a well-appointed kitchen was a must. This one exceeded expectations, with new pans, utensils, and appliances that made cooking a pleasure. We asked about a grill before arriving, and to our delight, there was a brand-new grill waiting for us in the backyard. That thoughtful touch set the tone for the rest of our stay.The home’s layout was fantastic: three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own TV, plus a living room with two cozy couches, a recliner, and a dining table perfect for family meals, and comfortable rocking chairs on the deck.The location was ideal, just 15 minutes to downtown Annapolis and the USNA gates, and only 30 minutes to BWI Airport. Nearby, there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants for anything we needed between Academy events.A special thank you to Whitney, who was not only responsive and helpful throughout our stay, but also incredibly flexible with our check-in and check-out times. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home.

Whytnie place is fantastic! It was perfect as a location and space wise the 4 of us enjoyed our time there. Shopping for groceries was close by. Easy access to the main highway to get into Annapolis. and comfortable beds and nice gathering space and kitchen

This was a fantastic stay. House was updated and very clean. Quiet neighborhood. It’s an updated ranch style house with a large backyard - love the deck when the sun wasn’t blazing down! We didn’t use the kitchen a ton for cooking but there was a decent amount of items, including an air fryer and a small instant pot. We were here during parents weekend for the Naval Academy, about a 15 min drive, and we had plenty of room to hang in the living room for the four of us plus my son (plebe) when he was with us during the day. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Absolutely loved this home! It is cozy and chic at the same time. The decor and finishes make it feel quite lux. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need. Comfy beds and very well done bathroom (great water pressure!). The host is wonderful to work with and very attentive. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the location is excellent for exploring - close to Baltimore and the Chesapeake Bay (highly recommend taking the Oxford-Belleview ferry for a true delight). Wonderful stay, wonderful host!
