Nestled in Rotonda West, this delightful recently renovated second floor Lakeview condo boasts 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds. With amenities like WiFi, a washing/drying machine, AC, and a covered lanai overlooking the lake, guests can relax and unwind. The 2 bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers for added convenience. There is a clubhouse, shared heated pool, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, BBQ area and a private entrance to the Cape Haze Pioneer biking/walking trail. There are two parking spaces, one being a carport. HOA approval and background checks are required and needs 15 days to process. Boca Grande and Engelwood beaches are approximately 7 miles away.
