Step into West Oceanfront Oasis, our newly renovated apartment in Newport Beach! The unbeatable location right on the boardwalk allows you to walk right out the front door onto the warm sand. You'll also find yourself close to a family-friendly park, local dining, and unique shops, as well as the Newport Pier and Balboa Island Ferry. After your adventures, kick back into your private apartment, appointed with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation at the beach.
LIVING SPACE - BED & BATH
When you enter West Oceanfront Oasis 9, you are greeted by a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment! The comfortable living space features a couch and seating area, a kitchen with a 4 burner convection stovetop and oven, coffee maker, Sink, Mini fridge, and microwave.
Studio Apartment - (1) Queen-sized bed with Smart Roku TV and Closet.
The apartment also features (1) a modern bathroom, complete with an oversized luxurious shower and all the amenities you need to pamper yourself during your stay. Fresh towels, Soap, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
HOME LOCATION
West Oceanfront Oasis offers easy access to Newport Beach's top attractions, including pristine beaches, renowned restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and upscale shopping. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, you'll find it all just steps from your doorstep. Our dreamy location right on 16th St and the Newport Beach Boardwalk makes it easy to get around. We are Located within walking distance from both piers and just a quick walk to lighthouse park home to playgrounds and a family-friendly beach. The Balboa Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry are just a short distance away as well.
From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 20-minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks at the Balboa Pier. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun Zone is a new arcade and other amusement rides. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island have it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.

-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- This advertisement is for (1) 2nd level apartment in a (9) unit Apartment Complex. Stairs are required.
- This Apt. does NOT HAVE ACCESS to the patio as it belongs to apartments 1 & 2 on the ground floor.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
-There are no BBQs or Air conditioning on the Property. However, Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a rate of $399/each plus applicable taxes for up to 7 nights. (Max 1 per unit)
-High Chair and/or Pack n' Play must be requested more than 24 hours before your arrival.
-There is no Laundry on site. The closest Laundromat is 0.7 Miles away on 30th St.
- All public hallways and outdoor spaces are monitored by security cameras. There are no security cameras inside the Apartments
PARKING NOTES
There is no designated parking included with this unit. Public street parking on Balboa Blvd is available on a first-come, first-served basis and street sweeping/paid parking signs and rules must be followed. Please do not attempt to park in any of the garage spaces or block the alley.
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later-than-advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1 pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
