Things started off well with the booking. But, that is LITERALLY the only thing that went smoothly. After booking and prepaying for the rental, I didn’t hear anything from the Property Management until I checked my email after we had landed. NOTHING… After getting a car to drive for the weekend, I checked my email again and the property mgmt. FINALLY reached out saying we need to fill out a lease agreement. This is just a few hours before checkin time. So, I pulled the car over, filled out the lease agreement online and thought that was it. Upon arrival to the property, we figured out there was no way for us to get in as we had no information on how to enter the property or even which room we were staying. I called the property back, asking them to send us the information as which they did. We were told through email and over the phone of codes to get into the rooms, etc..Once inside, we unpacked and got organized then walked a few blocks away to get some food. After a couple of hours, I get a phone call saying there was a mistake on which room we were given and that we needed to come back and get our stuff out and move into a different room. I told him we were eating and will do it when we get back. Upon returning to the room, there were close to a dozen people sitting outside as well as as one of the property mngmt people. I asked him if he had moved our stuff physically and he said yes. I then called the police to have them sorted out as it is illegal for them to touch an
