For an additional fee, you may have access to the Continental Country Club amenities which includes pools, spas, and a water area for littles
Golfing separate
1 bedroom with a queen bed and a temperpedic mattress
1 living room with a queen, pullout sofa bed.
Kuerig coffee machine and coffee pods included
You will have access to the entire home and trails around the home.
Amenities are not included but guest can have access for an additional fee.

This is a very quiet neighborhood. Please be aware of tenets next door and keep nice to a respectful level.
You will need a vehicle to get to the home. Shops, restaurants, and trails are a short drive from the home

2. No parties or unauthorized events of any kind.
Quiet hours 9pm-8am
Breaking any of these rules will results in penalties up to $1000 plus damages
