SKI ACCESS: Please read before booking. To ski-out, simply walk out of the garage and walk around to the back yard, slide through the back fence (see photo) and onto the ski access trail. Follow this trail down to the Sunrise lift, the village and the gondola. On the way back home, from where the Over and Out lift lets you off, simply ski half way down the Retreat trail and take a right on the ski-access trail (Timbers) that leads right back to the house. We advise adults run the route first before taking kids. Also be advised, the trail is weather permitting as there may not be enough snow early and late in the season.

*There is also a free shuttle that picks you up at the house and will take you anywhere in Canyons Village during the winter season.

For those mixing work with pleasure, a dedicated office with an ultra-wide curved monitor and printer is at your disposal, along with two other desks in the home.

This home is perfect for families, offering two pack 'n plays, one highchair, one booster, a cradle, and a collection of toys and board games.

**Fireplaces:** The home features 5 beautiful and operational gas fireplaces for you to enjoy. The 2 wood-burning fireplaces are decorative and not operational.
**Climate Control:** Air conditioning is available on the upper floor of the home only.
**Child Safety:** We welcome children, and the home is equipped with many family-friendly amenities. However, the property is not fully child-proofed, and adult supervision is required at all times.
**Laundry:** For your convenience, laundry rooms with cleaning supplies are located on each of the three floors.

Things to note:

*To maintain privacy and safety, we don’t allow guests who aren’t registered to stay at the home.
*Kids under the age of 16 are not allowed in the workout room or hot tub without adult supervision.
*Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes the 1-car garage for guest parking. Ample additional parking is available on the radiant heated driveway.
*Please note, the separate 2-car garage is reserved for the owner's use and is not accessible to guests. There are also a few locked closets that are for owners use only.

We require a $2,000 security deposit for all bookings.
