This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome was just renovated and outfitted with brand new carpet, furniture, bath, and bedding. It is the perfect escape — just 5 minutes to Canyon Village, 10 minutes to Mountain Village, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley.

If you are booking for a company, a work crew, or any commercial reason, we have some additional house rules that we’ve found to be mutually beneficial for your guests and our home. We ask that for any stay of 10 days or more, that we conduct a weekly inspection and quick clean. This will be charged on an hourly basis, but have a minimum charge of $75 per week.
It is also only 10 minutes from the restaurants, shops and bars of Park City’s Main Street and 5 minutes from Kimball Junction. Snow tubing at Woodward and summer fun at Jordanelle reservoir are just a short drive away. A free shuttle is available at the entrance of Bear Hollow and Highway 224 to take you to the slopes and all that Park City has to offer.
Upon entering the home, you’ll find a spacious living room with a 75” smart TV, which leads to an open kitchen that is complete with all of the amenities you’re used to at home. The deck off of the kitchen has a table with seating for 6, along with a hot tub overlooking Olympic Park.
Upstairs you’ll find the primary bedroom and bath with a king size bed, dual vanities, bath tub, shower, and 65” TV. You’ll also find a bunk room that is meant for the sleepovers that kids’ dreams are made of, with full size bunkbeds, a twin daybed, and two twin trundles. Upstairs also boasts an office with workspace, queen size sleeper sofa, and 55” TV. There is an additional living, loft space with TV, sleeper sofa, and kids’ toy closet.
Downstairs you’ll find a private queen bedroom en-suite, and mudroom space. Don’t forget to scope out the kids’ secret glow-in-the-dark space hideout under the stairs, complete with magnetic board and foam cushion reading nook.
The back driveway has space for 2 cars to park in a partially covered space, and the garage has plenty of space for ski and bike storage. Keypad entry at the front allows for easy access and locking for multiple guests.
During the warmer months, the community clubhouse provides access to a swimming pool, hot tubs, business center, and lounge, as well as outdoor grills and green space. Only a 2 minute walk from the townhome is a half basketball court, walking trails, and green space and picnic tables. It’s perfect for summer sports fun or winter snowman building.
Family vacations are a breeze with the kids’ hideout, bunk room, toy closet, and kids’ kitchen essentials. Upstairs you’ll find the perfect hangout space at the top of the stairs with an additional sleeper sofa, TV, and closet full of kids’ toys. A pack n play, slumberpod, noise machine, and baby monitor are all provided for convenience. In the kitchen, you’ll find kid friendly plates, bowls, utensils, cups, and bibs. There are also a number of puzzles, art supplies, and kid friendly game night options. This is a true home away from home for us and we hope your family enjoys it as much as ours.

Amazing Host
This host was absolutely amazing. We arrived late and unprepared. I couldn’t find where I had saved our door code. The host messaged me back at a late hour and we were able to get inside. He checked back in with us after a bit to see how our stay was going and if we had hit any snags. Our microwave wasn’t working, which wasn’t a huge deal, but the maintenance man showed up with a replacement. Everything was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and utilized the pack-n-play, slumber pod, and blow-up toddler bed. My grandson thought that was the coolest thing! The kitchen was well-stocked, too. We will definitely rent from them again!
