LOCATION! INCREDIBLE SPACE! AFFORDABLY PRICED! This Empire Coalition condominium is located within easy walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and situated across the street from Park City's largest grocery, Starbucks, video rental and two of Park City's premiere ski and outdoor shops. The FREE Park City Shuttle stops on the corner of the building and transports riders all over Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons. The condo has two covered parking spots under the building.
This sprawling unit is a duplex -- providing over 2000 square feet of relaxation! There are four bedrooms and three full baths spread over two floors -- offering plenty of room to accommodate everyone's schedule.
The condo has high speed internet, cable television, a full gourmet kitchen, a dining room and a large (20 foot long) living room with a dreamy stone fireplace and views of Park City Mountain.
There is also a huge family room on the first floor with a 50" HDTV and DVD player. The condo has a full-size washer and drier in the unit and there is a hot tub just five steps from the front door.
Living Room: Wood burning fireplace with floor to ceiling rockwork, 50" HDTV, VCR, DVD, CD/cassette stereo, small balcony.
Family Room: A large room with two leather couches, 50" HDTV, DVD player and large recreation closet. A perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. Located on the lower level.
Kitchen: Brand new gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stone flooring, completely equipped for cooking hearty meals after an exhilarating day on the slopes!
Dining Room: Seating for 6, plus 4 barstools at kitchen counter.
Master – 20x16 with a Queen bed, 32" HDTV, walk-in closet, and private master bath.
Second – Queen bed, great closet.
Third – Queen bed, fabulous closet.
Fourth – 20x16 with a Queen bed, and 1 set of twin bunk beds and a walk in closet.
(The Second, third and fourth bedroom are on the first level, providing Master Bedroom privacy).
Hot Tub: Common area hot tub (outside in an enclosed patio area). Just eight steps from the front door of the condo!
Laundry Room: Full size washer/dryer in unit.
Garage: Large common underground garage. Two spaces available to guests of this condo.

The location of this property is excellent. You can either walk everywhere or catch a bus right outside the condo. The condo has huge bedrooms and lots of closet space. The up stairs is a little small for a family of 8 to congregate, one more chair in the living room would help. Overall we had an excellent family vacation, LOVED the location and Park City. Alpine Ski Properties was excellent to work with.
Great location, Poor layout
Condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the PC base area. The unit was clean and well stocked! Covered Parking was also a plus! Alpine ski properties was very easy to work with, the check in and out was a breeze. They were gracious to give us a late checkout when we requested. I gave it 3 stars because of the layout of the condo... if you have multiple families the setup is less than ideal. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and only one bathroom down there, making it very difficult for privacy if that is what you are looking for. One of the bedrooms downstairs did not have a closet. Upstairs was the master and master bath along with the other bathroom. So if you have multiple families, one of them will have to walk upstairs thru the living area to shower. all depends on your needs! other than the layout we were pleased with the condo

This condo is very convenient close to supermarket and slope . The Bus stop right in front the condo complex. The parking is underground so you do not have to clean the snow in the morning .
The condo is very clean and plenty of space for party of 10
We love the 2 separate 2 living room ( one for adult and the other one for our children)
The kitchen supply is top notch . We are highly recommend this condo for every one want to visit Park City
Renter for ski strip
This is the best condo we rent in Park City
The location is very convenient . It is walking distant to supper market , star buck coffee , or walking to park city resort . The bus stop is right in front of the condo which can take you everywhere.
The condo is big but very cozy . The kitchen supply is well equipped . There is 2 living room , the upstair living room for the adults , the downstair living room for kids or teenager to hang around at night . All bed rooms are big and beds are comfortable . The house is supper clean .
