Charged for damages we didn’t do

We were accused of damaging the property that we did not do. No proof of pictures or any further communication, just a request for payment. It was a work trip, and we were hardly there. We also had a hard time getting into the property. The codes didn’t work and we had to reach out to the owner on several occasions.

We are surprised to hear from you after more than two months of your stay. However, thank you for the feedback. We want to address that the issue we brought up on damage was for a stained comforter, which we had to discard (pics for which we can gladly provide). No other accusations were made by us on damages to the property. We do acknowledge that there was an issue with the door access code during your stay on two occasions. However, we were quickly able to resolve and let you in within five minutes of you informing us and rectify the issue on both occasions. We are truly sorry for that inconvenience. Since then we have had many other guests who have found access to the property seamless and easy. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope our explanation to the feedback you had given is satisfactory.
