This studio apartment features two queen sized beds, a futon that converts to a twin bed, and will comfortably accommodate 4-5 guests. The unit is also furnished with a mini fridge/ freezer, microwave, stove, oven, small table and chairs, a dresser for storage, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 12th floor, guests will enjoy a condo with a balcony and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean.

This unit features a stunning kitchenette with a mini size fridge / freezer to keep food and drinks cold, a microwave, stove, and oven, a small sink, coffee maker and toaster! This kitchenette has a stunning ceiling to counter top tile backsplash as well as butcher block counter tops giving it a very modern feel! The same tile can be found across the entire condo floor! All dishes and basic kitchenware will be provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
