This condo met all of our expectations. It was small but perfect for our family of 4 (7&8 yr old kiddos). We were busy with all the activities and just needed a place to come back to. It was so clean, and tons of towels were at our disposal. The view was awesome and the location to the beach, pool and lazy river were ideal as we moved around a lot. We had a great time at this condo and resort. Will definitely recommend to others!

Perfect Condo for a Couple, Ocean View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful studio in Building A with an unbeatable ocean view — waking up to that view every morning made the stay. Close to all the resort amenities, which makes it easy if little ones are in tow. The layout is compact but works really well for a couple with or without small children, cozy without feeling cramped. Would definitely book this one again!

The place was exactly what we needed and we loved the proximity to the beach and having a stove and fridge to cook meals and not have to leave the beach .

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was very good. Unit very clean and bright. A few things I recommend: 1) getting a more comfortable bed. 2) invest in some everyday coffee mugs. The mugs you had were incredibly small and frustrating to use. 3)For the price of our stay, I would have liked it if you had 2-3 beach chairs available at no cost. Renting the chairs on the beach was VERY EXPENSIVE. 4) The first thing we saw when we entered the unit was a bright paper with pictures of bugs on it, alerting us that the bug company would be coming the next day from 9:00 - 12:00. The picture was unsettling. Also, it did not say we had to vacate or let them in. It didn't say if we could stay in the unit or not. Please be specific. We had ALOT of extra stuff (waters, TP, Dawn, sunscreen, etc....) that we couldn't bring home. I recommend that you have a "donation" center/area for folks. People who are leaving can feel good about helping the next guest arrive and potentially save them some money. 5) I wasn't a fan of three large garbage barrels right outside of the elevator. Keep in the stairwell or somewhere else. 6) The pool was kept up nicely, the beach was clean and beautiful as well. Very popular site for young families. Last, we were told to be sure to empty the diswasher before we left. With the amount charged for "cleanining" the unit, your team can do it.

Clean, Well Managed, but Not the Quiet Beach Getaway We Expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean, the grounds were well maintained, and the management company was professional throughout booking, check-in, and check-out. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the beach access from this unit was excellent.Security was also impressive. Cameras were located throughout the property, and when my better half fell, security responded almost immediately, even before we had a chance to call.That said, the property was not what we expected. In fairness, I should have researched the overall atmosphere more carefully before booking.The unit felt much smaller than anticipated. Accessing the bed was cramped, and the balcony furniture was minimal and uncomfortable. Although the listing may be technically accurate, the layout was difficult to fully appreciate until arrival.The biggest issue was the noise. There was frequent late-night activity in the hallways, on balconies, in neighboring units, and outside well past 2:00 a.m. We could also clearly hear the occupants above us.The pool seemed too small for the number of guests and was often extremely crowded. Parking was also challenging. Most evenings, the closest lots were full, and we had to park beyond the fourth building, creating roughly a quarter-mile walk back while carrying personal items.The entry door also showed noticeable signs of previous damage, although it functioned properly.This may be a good choice for younger guests or families seeking a lively beach atmosphere. It is clean, well managed, secure, and close to the beach. However, it was not the peaceful vacation we were hoping for, and we would not return or recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet beach getaway.
