KITCHEN: Remodeled kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Gourmet kitchen is stocked with gorgeous dishes, matching cookware and utensils.
LIVING ROOM: Stylish living room features a modular couch that can be rearranged to sleep another guest. There is also an air mattress to accommodate two additional guests.
ENTERTAINMENT: Enjoy the 42 inch, High Definition LED TV. The TV is attached to a blue ray player that can stream Hulu, Netflix, Utube entertainment options. You can also play DVDs, CDs and Blue Ray DVDs. If you like, you can attach your lap top to the TV and use the TV as a large monitor. There is HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET with WI-FI access through out.
MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom offers a firm, queen plush top mattress. Enjoy the 39' flat-screen TV from bed. Wake up in the morning and open the Arcadia doors to the back patio. Have your breakfast seated at a comfortable cushioned patio table set surrounded by exotic desert plants .
SECOND BEDROOM: The second bedroom has a soft, full size mattress draped in designer sheets. There is a removable topper mattress. Find an assortment of pillows for your stomach or side sleeper. Get a perfect nights sleep with designer roman pull up shades and black out curtains.
If you like an extra soft mattress, I can provide you with foam toppers adjusted to your personal comfort level.
BATHROOMS: Each bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, hotel style curved shower rods for extra shower space, granite counter-tops and stocked with fluffy white towels. Pamper yourself with the extendable rainfall shower head, or try the spray massage shower head in the other bathroom. An adjustable shower chair is available. Each tub is equipped with suction-hand rails to place as needed for your stability.
ARTWORK: Many of the original paintings were created by me, while some are from my private art collection.
THE COMPLEX: The complex is adorable and well maintained with lush desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to two large heated swimming pools and a spa.
Dogs: Your hypo-allergenic furry friend is welcome so long as they are over 4 years old and under 18lbs.Tucked into the pocket of the complex is a private dog park with tiered balconies overlooking a green wash.
BBQs: There are community charcoal grills steps away from the back patio. Your condo is also furnished with an electric counter top grill and grilling utensils.
PARKING: Park in your own private garage. Keep in mind the garage is cozy so leave your full size truck or SUV at home. You can also park in one of the many uncovered parking lots. A patrolling security keeps the complex extra safe at night.
Neighborhood: This is a quiet complex tucked back at the end of a dead end street. You can walk to a popular park nearby or drive around the corner to a major grocery store and Lowes Hardware. Shopping and nightlife is just a few miles away in Old Town Scottsdale. Or if you prefer, take the free neighborhood trolly that takes you to downtown Scottsdale.
What NOT to pack: The condo comes with a hairdryer, bathroom scale, towels and linens, activity brochures, DVDs, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kitchen scale, electric grill, bbq utensils, pool towels, extension chords, ipod docking station/speakers, full size washer and dryer and more!

I chose this property because of its quiet location but close proximity to old-town Scottsdale, easy access to the major freeways and its location within the Complex. The Neighborhood is very safe. The garage is a plus. This is a ground floor unit. It is just 1/2 mile to the Scottsdale greenbelt, minuets from Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Tempe Market Place, and golf. Hop on Loop 101 or 202 for quick access anywhere in the city.
What makes this Condo unique
There are two pools. One is heated in the winter. There is also an adorable dog park attached to the complex. Enjoy free neighborhood trolly service that will pick you up in front of the complex and take you to Old Town Scottsdale.

Close to everything, great neighborhood, convenient garage parking.
Great location, very nice well appointed condo.
Our family had a great stay in Scottsdale and we really enjoyed our time at Candice's condo.
It was clean, comfortable and very well outfitted with all the comforts of home. It was great to be away from home, yet not feel like you were missing anything (which sometimes can occur when staying in lesser rentals or hotels).
Candice was great to correspond with and we would not hesitate to stay here or recommend it to friends.

This area offers endless golf courses and desert hiking. *Located just off the 101 and McDowell Road, visit anywhere in Phoenix in just 20 minuets.

1. A signed rental agreement is required to complete a reservation. 2. If your stay includes any part of March 2016, there is a 60 night minimum stay. 3. If your stay includes any part of February 2016 there is a 60 night minimum stay. 4. Taxes may be applied to stays shorter than 30 days. 5. Garage can hold 1 small car, but additional uncovered parking is avail. 6. If your reservation takes place several months in advance of your arrival date, payments may be split into two or three equal installments. The first payment is due upon reservation and your last payment due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. 7. Cancellations: 100% refund within 7 days after reservation. Then it is a sliding scale refund with no refunds 90 days prior to arrival or less. At any time if I am able to rent the property to another party, then you will be refunded 90% of rental income generated minus $100 fee. 8. Do not pay attention to "owners cancellation policy" below
