Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide room for everyone to settle in. The primary bedroom is spacious enough for two king size beds and includes a large ensuite bathroom with direct access to the backyard and hot tub. A second bedroom has a king size bed with a desk or vanity, and the bathroom is just steps away. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature two twin beds, with a third bathroom located conveniently nearby.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is designed for both relaxation and fun. Enjoy the heated pool, brand new hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture create a comfortable place to spend warm Arizona days, while the fire pit is perfect for evenings under the stars. The yard is fully fenced, offering privacy and peace of mind.

Entertainment
Inside, you’ll find plenty of ways to pass the time together. A foosball table and air hockey provide friendly competition, while board games, books, and children’s activities make it easy to keep all ages entertained. Two TVs, located in the living room and primary bedroom, and wireless high speed internet keep you connected and provide options for movie nights or streaming.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with outdoor dinnerware. A coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils add extra convenience. Gather at the indoor dining table or enjoy your meals outside in the Arizona sunshine.

Comfort & convenience
Practical amenities include central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, a washer and dryer, and essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries. Additional features such as a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and outlet covers make the home family friendly. Smart locks allow for easy self check-in with a keypad.

The house sits in a safe, quiet neighborhood less than two miles from Old Town Scottsdale and about seven miles from the airport. You’ll be close to local golf courses, restaurants, and shops, yet still able to retreat to a peaceful setting at the end of the day.

• Pool Heating: Available from October 15th to May 15th for an additional $75 per day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like the pool heated and ready for your arrival.

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.
