Experience charm & comfort in this modern tiny home in The Grove at Incredible Tiny Homes. Features include a queen loft bed, L-shaped sofa that converts to a Full XL bed, two TVs (upstairs and downstairs), washer/dryer combo, hair dryer & a shower with a RV retractable door. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 12 cu. ft. fridge, Cosori smart oven, stove top, microwave, Keurig coffee station, & ice maker. Enjoy a porch swing, EV charging, & a pet-friendly artificial grass potty area with ramp for the fur babies. With all the amenities of a typical home, it's perfect for relaxing or adventuring!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

The garbage can is on the right side of the home when facing it, behind the porch.

Turn off the lights, fan and TVs but please leave the Mitsubishi mini-split turned on. Put it on 60° if it's cold out and 80° if it's hot out.

When you're ready to check out, please send a quick text to (615) 988-4702 to let my cleaner know the tiny home is now vacant. Thank you!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Keys are to remain in your possession during your stay. Duplication of keys is strictly prohibited.

Please cleanup after your pet EVERYWHERE on the property, including the doggie potty area at the tiny home. PETS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES!

Please do NOT use furniture for unintended purposes. Doing so will result in additional damage fees charged. Please contact host if damage is done.

Great Spot

Cool little community. One thing to be aware of is parking if you drive a large truck can be difficult.

A global soul at heart, I spent summers in Spain throughout my youth, which sparked a lifelong love for travel, culture, and a career in international sales and marketing. After a shoulder injury (and two surgeries) reshaped my priorities — and a little nudge from the Covid reset — I decided to shake things up. I rented out my Orange County home, bought a tiny home in Tennessee, and hit the road with my two Chihuahua mixes, Rex & Remi.

Six cross-country road trips later (thank you, Tesla FSD), I’ve fallen in love with the simplicity of tiny-home living, the creativity of Airbnb hosting, and the freedom to explore new ventures on my own terms.

When I’m not welcoming guests, you’ll find me crocheting, gardening, on my motorcyle or expanding my LEGO Botanical Collection — proof that small spaces can still have big personality. I’m obsessed with travel, tech, design, and of course, my dogs — who have yet to complain about my playlists.
