The property was clean and so quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was fantastic. We enjoyed our relaxing weekend and would stay here again in the future. Candace was very responsive to questions.

One of the greatest host! She was so communicative, helped me in planning my surprise birthday trip for husband, and even came in to a birthday cake and card! The tranquility, quiet, peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed! I HIGHLY recommend this and we WILL rent again!

The camper was very clean! Candice was so great to work with during our stay, and we will definitely be back to stay!

Pros:Absolutely beautiful spot. The camper, the water, the jacuzzi, was delightful! The critters in the water were so fun. Really loved the scenery and atmosphere. The owners have done a lot of work and it really makes the place a lovely stay. Cons: The only two things that make it a 4.5 star (if I could rate that) is - the water in the camper must have sulfur because it smells strongly which was tough for showers and such. - the cove isn’t quite as private as it may seem. Both mornings there were lake crews coming in and out of the cove. Something the owners can’t help, but wanted to note in case you’re looking for something more private. We would stay again!

This has been our absolute favorite VRBO! The best little area with the most comfy bed & blankets (seriously we are still talking about it!) and such great, helpful hosts! The space is EPIC! The pictures don't do it justice.We loved our weekend relaxing on the lake, night fishing on our bass boat, napping in the comfy bed and watching a movie after dark! It was a little too hot outside at night to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit, but I so badly want to come back in autumn to enjoy it all. If you are bringing a boat, just know that it is a gravel path through the hills and very narrow, rutted in places, and "hairpin" curves in spots. We had no trouble and it was roads we are used to, but we were thinking that a longer boat may have a harder time. We also put in at Dandridge Dock because the water was down... About a 20 min drive and very nice dock. But the hosts here are SO helpful in helping you get your boat settled. We give this 5 stars all around (more if we could!) Book it!
