Hacienda del Sol offers space and comfort in an unrivaled setting. Nestled in the foothills of Paso Robles wine country, the estate boasts breathtaking views and modern luxury.

Situated on 17.5 acres, the 5900 sq. ft. home offers plenty of room for large families or multiple couples. The 5 bedrooms include: 2 master bedrooms, each with California King size beds, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, and 1 room featuring 2 queen sized beds. The loft is perfect for kids, with a queen sized bed and twin bunk bed.

In the Main living room, the master bedroom, and the billiards room are High Definition flat screen TVs with DirecTV. The huge kitchen features a 6-burner gas flat top, two ovens, dishwasher, and large island complete with granite counter-tops.

The home features its own pool and Jacuzzi as well as outdoor grill and dining area. Situated down by the pool is a gas fire pit and seating area for enjoying the beautiful Paso Robles evenings.

With Pool table, Dart board, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong table, basketball hoop, and a new tennis court, the home offers plenty of activity for both day and night.

In addition to the main house, the property boasts a new guest house with 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, family room and the same amazing views. (Last three pictures are of the Guest House.) The Guest House can be rented for an additional $350/night (plus a $150 cleaning fee). Originally from Southern California, I was immediately drawn to the central coast for the beautiful views and outdoor activities. My parents, flanking me in the picture above, purchased Hacienda Del Sol in 2011. Our family has enjoyed this property for most holidays since purchasing and loves sharing the experience with guests.

Family Vacation

Wow, where to begin. Just an amazing home with incredible views throughout the entire property. We had 4 adults at one end of the home and 3 adults at the other end with plenty of room to spare. There's even a room upstairs with bunk beds that we didn't use.

The game room was so much fun. We used the pool table, shuffle board and dart board along with watching our favorite sports on the large television each night after wine tasting throughout Paso Robles and beyond. It's a great fun room to unwind after a long day out and about.

Downtown Paso is an easy 10-15 minute drive. One restaurant I'd recommend for breakfast or lunch is the Cowgirl Cafe right in the center of town. It's Western theme was quite unique and the food was great. Bring a big appetite because the portions are huge. Hearst Castle was only a short hour drive through the beautiful wine country. We stopped on our way back from the Castle to enjoy several wineries.

The kitchen is a chefs dream with everything you could ever need to prepare any type of meal desired. The extremely large yard was second to none. The swimming pool was sparkling clean as was the spa, which we used often.

We spent 4 nights at the home and can't wait to come back again soon.

Spacious, private, beautiful home !

We had a large family group stay at this lovely home over a weekend in August 2016, we rented both the main house and the guest house. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the way the house is organized allows for a lot of privacy and quiet spaces, yet also large rooms for all to gather. The furnishings and decor are upscale yet very comfortable and welcoming, our guest group included folks from ages 1 to 83, and no one felt out of place. The amenities - the pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, bocce ball, etc - were great. We wish we would have had more time stay at the house, but since we were all there for a wedding, our free time was limited. The property managers (Brooke, Lauren) were fabulous, available, and there to answer questions and take care of us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would not hesitate to reserve this property again.

Unfortunately, we do not make reservations more than 6 months in advance. Until a reservation is confirmed and the applicable deposit is received, preference will be given to longer stays.

10% tax refers to San Luis Obispo County Transient Occupancy tax.

An extra occupancy charge of $25 per night will be added to charge for each occupant in excess of 8 (main house).

The excess cleaning fee will be charged at the owners discretion if the property is left in poor condition, requiring additional cleaning. In addition, since this is a non-smoking property (inside and outside), we reserve the right to charge $10 per butt found on the property after your stay. In addition, we reserve the right to charge between $25 and $50 for any furniture that is moved.

The property is not intended to be rented for large parties. It is expected that total amount of people on the property at any given time will not exceed the total number of people identified in the rental agreement. If you would like to have additional people on the property at any time, permission is required from the Owner. If permission is not obtained ahead of time, the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and ask you to vacate the premises.
