It's time for you to come experience Barefoot Resort - Yacht Club Villas - located in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, SC! This renovated unit is located in a stunning resort with an amazing salt water pool for you and the entire crew to enjoy seasonally.

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking spots. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Secured parking entry. Complex elevator available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Coffee maker.

Living Area: Plenty of seating. TV. Access to balcony.

Bedroom 1: King bed. Spacious. TV. Balcony Access.

Bedroom 2: Two double beds. TV.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms.

Balcony: Private balcony with relaxing views of the marina. Seating!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Laundry: Private in-unit machines.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves (other than private owner closet) and resort amenities.

2 parking spots are available for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine pest control happens monthly on the 1st Thursday at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
