Yacht Club Villas 3204 is a family-owned and operated property managed directly by the owners themselves. Our second floor 2300sqft condo is large and comfortably furnished with new furniture. It features three private balconies and all the upgrades you could ask for. The unit is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Our condo comes with all the amenities you’d expect of this high-end property. Each room has state of the art flat-panel TVs. The four-bedroom unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances, washer, and dryer, and free Wi-Fi is all included in this condo. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the charming dining area. The living room, master bedroom, and a double queen bedroom all extend out onto private balconies, so sunshine streams inside and beckons you to go out and enjoy some of the beautiful South Carolina weather.
