This stylish studio at Island Colony Hotel has everything you need for a short or extended stay, with beautiful partial views of the ocean, golf course, mountains, and city.

Common Area:

* Free Wifi throughout the unit and common areas

Kitchen:
*Full kitchen with a refrigerator.
*Induction cooktop.
*Cooking utensils & condiments.

*Plates, bowls & utensils.
*Cleaning supplies.
*Rice Cooker.

Bathroom:
* Walk in shower
* Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
* Hair dryer.
* Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths.
* Beach towels.

Patio:
* Outdoor patio.
* Park view, City skyline & ocean views.

Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am-9pm (located on the 6th floor), however the pool closes every 3 hours for a cleaning. There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $10 fee per stay as well as waiver needs to be signed at the front desk for checkout.

*Please note that any guest registration submitted within 48 hours of check-in will incur a $10 late submission fee. This policy is enforced by the building to help prevent check-in line congestion and minimize delays. Late submissions will result in guests being asked to wait until those with timely registrations are assisted.

- For same-day bookings, we’ll coordinate directly with the front desk to register your reservation promptly.

Absolutely no smoking. There will be a $250 penalty for guests found smoking, and they will be liable for any damages.
