Esta es una casa adosada moderna y moderna de una sola planta. Es hermoso, luminoso y totalmente amueblado ubicado en una pequeña comunidad cerrada en una ubicación ideal en la esquina de Cook y Fred Waring.

Hay dos amplios dormitorios, dos baños, amplia sala de estar, comedor, cocina y garaje para dos autos. Esta casa ha sido actualizada recientemente. Recién pintadas, nuevas encimeras de granito en la cocina y el baño principal, y muebles nuevos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y baño privado. Great Find. Reasonably priced and very comfortable. Loved the decorations and the lovely little patio and the path to the pool. Overall, it was an A experience. I would say it was perfect for a couple with maybe a weekend guest but most likely too small if it was two couples. On our next trip to Palm Desert this is the first place I will contact.

Quiet retreat in great location

We spent 3 months here and enjoyed everything. Clean and convenient! Nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood in small gated community. Close to stores and right by a dedicated bike lane. Civic Park is beautiful and El Paseo shopping is close.

Great location

We stayed at this comfortable spot for the month of March. The entire check in process was seamless. Tamara was most responsive to the few questions we had. The unit is located in a smaller and very quiet gated community with pool and hot tub very close. We used the hot tub daily and it seemed like our personal spa since no one else was there. The gated community is located next to palm Desert High with magnificent sports fields. We enjoyed watching the Aztecs ball games weekly and walking to a choice of grocery stores. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return if we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Boho retreat! The community is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and truly feels like a hidden gem in the heart of Palm Desert. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to everything the area has to offer.The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with great amenities including the pools, pickleball courts, and tennis courts. The home was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated.The host was excellent—very communicative, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. Check-in was easy, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Palm Desert!

A comfortable place to stay

This home is very clean, quiet and safe. We enjoyed the location being close to great restaurants, shopping and other venues. We loved spending time at the pools and walking he neighborhood. We also enjoyed the use of “Alexa” to listen to music and were able to watch programs on Netflix. This property far exceeded our expectation and the price was so reasonable. We hope to return for another trip soon.

A Desert Gem

This was a great find. Very comfortable, well decorated, clean, and quiet. The location is excellent, close to everything in Pam Desert. We loved eating dinner outside on the patio then taking a soak in the hot tub. We also played pickle ball and tennis at the community courts. It’s a fairly small complex and people were friendly. Nothing bad to say. We definitely will try to come again.

An Amazing Find

We had a very positive experience, from the initial booking, getting settled in once we arrived, until our checkout. Our hosts were easily assessable, always available & responsive, more, than accommodating. l Our location was ideal, the house itself, a real gem, sparkling clean, roomy, nicely appointed, beautifully decorated, & extremely convenient, & comfortable. It was a pleasure being in such a beautiful, relaxing setting, it made for a most enjoyable month in the desert.

Quiet Family Friendly

Our family needed a relaxing get away. This property was an excellent choice! Rental property is a short walk to the pool where you can just relax in the hot tub or swim & hang. Quiet place to relax. The condo is very well kept. LOVE the outdoor patio where you can hang out or have dinner outside. The property is a short drive to shopping and amazing restaurants. The property owner is very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Palm Desert Oasis

This is a great property in a quiet, gated community. The place is spacious, well furnished and very well kept. The unit has an attached garage to keep your car out of the sun, a nice little patio for morning coffee and everything else you need. The unit is near one of the pools/hot tubs on the property, we had it to ourselves. The location is terrific, just a short ride to the shops and restaurants on El Paseo which we did a few times, and we also drove to the nearby JW Marriott. Definitely a comfortable and quiet place to stay in Palm Desert!

Felt like a home away from home

My boyfriend and I stayed at this rental during a contract at Eisenhower Medical Center. We had a wonderful stay during our time at Tamara’s. She always made sure we had what we needed, and that the condo was in perfect condition for us. It was immaculate upon move in, and had all the necessary amenities for our long stay. The size and layout of the space allowed for comfortable living for all seasons - the heat of the summer and the cooler fall and winter. Location-wise, we felt central to everything we needed, shopping centers just minutes away, and Joshua Tree National Park just a short drive away as well. LA, San Diego, and Temecula are also easy weekend trips from Tamara’s rental. Overall, we can’t say enough good things about Tamara and her rental property, and feel so lucky to have found this rental for our stay in Palm Desert. She was always a joy to speak with and was so hospitable. We will definitely be staying here if we are ever back in the area!

Classy & welcoming

As soon a you walk in, you feel straight away like your home. It's welcoming, clean, spacious, cozy & stylishly decorated, with all the amenities that one would need in a home. From the kitchen to the 2 bedrooms with plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets. A washer dryer in the 2 car garage. With also plenty of board games & books for friends gathering, a romantic long get away or a tranquil peaceful time alone. The complex has swimming pools, tennis court & more. It's a great location, as close to plenty of restaurants, stores, hiking trails & golf and not forgetting, El Paseo, the new Rodeo drive. Tamara is well organized & on top of it. You can reach her easily if you need to. Her home is great for a few months or just for the month. Look forward to going back. That's Tamara

Fantastic Location

We've stayed here for a month the past two years and loved it. The condo is in a great location, both in the community and in Palm Desert. It's close to everything - shopping, dining, hiking and local attractions such as, The Living Desert, McCallum Theater and COD Street Fair. The owner (Tamara) makes sure everything is to your satisfaction when you arrive. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We are already looking forward to going back next year.

Tamara's condo is just as advertised---Clean, good location, quiet, beautifully decorated, and very functional--Best of all is Tamara. I've used VRBO a lot and never have I had such care--very helpful, organized and always there to help make your stay a great one-The only negative was the tennis courts--there is only one now and it is not good surface wise--A great find!!

Great value & location

Nice place. Is actually nicer that what the photos show and is exactly as described. Owner (Tamara) is easy to deal with, very pleasant, and prompt. The place was freshly cleaned when we arrived & was spotless. Great location near Hwy 111 & almost everything you would want to see or do. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, clean, reasonably priced place to spend a week or so in the desert.

Very Nice Vacation Home

We spent just over a week here at the end of Feb. and beginning of March. It was actually nicer than the pictures. It was very clean and much roomier than we were expecting. We really liked all the windows in the kitchen and dining area. The townhome was very clean and the owner was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The gated community is very quiet and perfectly located in the centre of Palm Desert. It's a location we really appreciated because we checked out all parts of the valley and found we were never too far away from any of it. We'd have no problem recommending it to any of our friends or relatives. This is definitely a property that should be considered for your travel accommodations.

Lovely Place

We stayed here over Christmas with my parents and couldn't have had a better experience. It was a pleasure to work with these owners. Many times you send emails to properties and they are never returned. I received quick and through responses to every question or concern. When we arrived it was very easy to "check in" and make ourselves right at home. The condo is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. And it has plenty of space for two couples to live comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, anything you could desire. The location is excellent, very close to golf and restaurants and El Paseo Drive where all the shopping is. We really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful this community is as well. Good night sleeps were had by all. We will definitely come back again. Thank you again for a wonderful time,

Lovely Home:

We stayed here for two weeks in December, the place was cool, clean, quiet and well maintained as described, the outside BBQ perfect for desert summer nights - the pool area was private and clean also, a home from home. It's close to shopping in El Paseo and great restaurants and bars close by.... go to Blue Agave for a great margarita! We'll come again, thanks.

Happiness & palm trees, feels like home

Tamara was pleasant to deal with. The house is beautiful like in the pictures. The kitchen is well furnished and spacious. The new counter tops are very nice. We enjoyed grilling on the BBQ and eating outside on the warm evenings. The ceiling fans are remote controlled which is very convenient. The master bedroom is large and spacious and the master bathroom has nice counters, lots of cupboard space and a large mirror. The house is well furnished with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, dish towels, bath towels and pretty much everything you have at home and take for granted. The washer & dryer are new and made laundry a breeze. The tennis courts and pool are well maintained. One thing that we didn’t like is the fact that the dryer vents into the garage instead of outside. This led to some very dusty/dirty cars after doing laundry.
