Awesome Stay

Steven’s place was awesome. It sat in a good quiet spot in the mountains. Views were good. The amenities were nice. Spacious house with plenty of room. Could use a few more pans to cook for that many people but other than that would love to stay again!!

Pros:-The "bunk room" with six beds really helps with big groups-Communication w Stephen was quick and easy-Hot tub was niceCons:-Considerably more expensive than the comparable VRBOs nearby-The lighting is just terrible. Way below grade for the home. Almost no exterior lighting up front made unloading our vehicles at night unnecessarily difficult.The very large decks are each illiuminated by a single very small light fixture mounted to the wall. Truly laughable. This renders the decks almost unusable after sunset. The interior track lighting are the 5000k bulbs that cast an industrial/hospital glare inside, What a low cost/easy couple of items to rectify. -The fridge is tiny for this size place. Tiny. -The view is pretty limited

We spent a week at Hilltop Cottage. It was perfect for our family! Lots of room for adults and kids. The kids really loved the bunk room. The porch was amazing!!! Steven took great care of us. An issue on the first day was resolved very quickly. Highly recommend!
