With 3 queen beds, 6 twin beds, and 1 full bed, 2700 ft property offers plenty of space along with 1st Floor screened porch and 1000 ft 2cd floor deck off of 3 upstairs bedrooms .Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Bay . The 1st floor master bedroom includes a fully remodeled Italian Marble bathroom , along with new upgraded kitchen Home includes both charcoal & Propane Barbeque Grills and 2 Kayaks/paddleboards for afternoon water activities . Each bedroom includes its own new minisplit air conditioning unit. Kitchen was remodeled 3 yrs ago along with
all plates/Cups/cooking items. Screeded porch on 1st floor includes additional breakfast table with 2 outdoor couches for extra seating along with portable ice/beverage coolers.
This is a Friday to Friday rental with a 5 day Minimum during peak months. Four day stay may be considered for early June and late August
NOTE: The garage and the storage area above it are off-limits and unavailable to guests.
