In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras to monitor main entry points. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior of the home; there are no cameras on the interior.
2 Car indoor parking garage and ample street parking is also available.
By the city of palm Springs ordinance the person whose name is on the reservation must produce a valid ID prior to check in through the Vrbo app. The responsible party must be 25 years or older to book our property, And all guest names must be listed on the Contract. We can host up to 8 guests. The prices are for a maximum stay of 6 guests. For additional guests ( up to 8) there will be a charge of $50 per person per night.
This should not be used as a party house and special events like weddings are not allowed. No outdoor music or any amplified noise is permitted outdoors and indoors. Quiet hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.( per city) The City issues fines for excessive noise violations and we also impose a hefty fee if there is a violation.
Books and games are available for guests.
No smoking of any kind is allowed and there will be a fine of $1000.00
Sweetheart puppies must be on the leash all the time. ( per city)
