Our back studio unit on the Newport Beach Peninsula is the perfect headquarters to experience all the best sites of Newport. Here's what you'll find:
LIVING/DINING/SLEEPING AREA:
- 2 full-size beds

- Bar-top table with seating for four
- Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, mini-fridge, microwave, and hot-plate
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
GUEST BATHROOM:
- Single vanity with step-in shower
OUTDOOR LIVING:
There is no designated outdoor space for this unit, but the popular 18th street beach is just 1/2 block away, as well as many other popular destinations.

- 2 low-profile beach chairs
- Heating
- Hair dryer; iron/ironing board
- Starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts)
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
PARKING:
There is no designated parking space for this unit. General area street parking can be used, when available, in the area - some free; some metered.
DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
ALSO:
The other two units located on-site (3 bedroom/2 bath downstairs residence and a 3 bedroom/2 bath upstairs residence) can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family or business groups on the entire property. See separate listings or contact our office for more details.
LOCATION:
Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing and much more! Across the street you will find the lovely bay front Marina Park with a playground for the kids, and the waterfront Lighthouse Cafe. Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
