Home was equipped with a lot of amenities. Contacted owner with several issues and he was prompt to respond. Clean except the trash can outside was full. Contacted the owner and he picked up the trash the next day. Issues with air conditioner. We were visiting Portland during a heatwave. We could not adjust the thermostat, required a code. The house reached a temperature of 87 degrees indoor. When we contacted the owner he was surprised that a code was on the system But, he was able to adjust the thermostat on his app. So I’m not sure why he was surprised that he was not aware of the code. We ended purchasing several fans during our stay. Overall, a great location and beautiful home.

the property is very nice and as this was a family trip there was room to spread out. Very sweet neighborhood to walk in and no issues with getting downtown or to the airport. The beds are not comfortable, so that may be an investment.. And, there was no barbecue (listed on the home description)
