Host Cancelled Last Minute

Host canceled the booking at 4pm (1 hour after check-in). Host said the booking was already filled from another website besides Vrbo. The host listed the booking in more than one site and didn’t keep track of the bookings, causing this big inconvenience.

Nicely renovated unit but owner made no attempt to make it suitable for guests to stay! Only two pillows to share between three guests. Two filthy bath towels that I wouldn’t dry my dog with (literally grey - they started out white at some point - with stains and freying). Mismatched sheets were so old they had pills (balls) on them. Drinking cups were used soda fountain cups from 7-11. Truly horrible conditions but for the physical rennovations

Surprise to get lies from people who did not complain about anything during the 6 days they enjoyed their stay at the most recently renovated condo in Park City, finished in 2025. The 6 towels were clean and fresh, And the the people never complained or asked for more towels while they were there. The bed sheets were clean and fresh, but not brand new. I wasn't informed new sheets were a requirement. They had 5 pillows in the condo. But no requests for anything during the stay. They left dirty dishes in the sink. I guess dirty people are not the best to have.
