Great location. Very efficient checking in and out and parking and all of that. This place seems to be optimized to make it easy and efficient. The room as huge and clean. Dated design but that didn't bother me because it was very clean and spacious.

Parking was great, but the room could use some upgrades. There was a stereo system but the wiring was all removed. The room could benefit from air conditioning. It was frustrating that the fridge was not already turned on when we arrived and took 24 hours to cool, and then it started leaking. The faucets were uniquely installed making it difficult to find hot versus cold water. The extra comforter in the closet had a big yellow stain on it. Aside from that the front desk personnel were very friendly and the location was perfect. Would be nice if the hours for the fitness room were earlier for those who want to workout first thing in the morning. Check in and check out were easy and great.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting our great location and friendly front desk team. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the room's condition. We are sorry for the frustration caused by the refrigerator, the stained bedding, and the confusing faucets; we have shared these details with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure they are addressed immediately. Regarding the fitness center hours, these are set by the building management, but we will certainly pass your feedback along to them. We appreciate your patience and your comments, as they help us improve the experience for future guests.

Great Spot

Very good location and very functional unit. Bed was comfortable. Please note: it says that it sleeps 4 however the couch is not a pull-out sofa bed. It's just a couch, so we were surprised by that. Overall great stay, but I wouldn't say it sleeps 4 unless you're counting a rollaway bed or the floor as the 4th bed. It worked out well for us as our older child (7) slept on the couch and younger (3) slept in a pack-n-play that the Silver King provided. Great location, parking garage was key and helpful reception.

Not worth it

Hugely disappointed in their complete lack of customer service. I booked this place largely bc we liked the amenities listed. Turns out the pool, hot tub and sauna were all closed. It was only noted at the very very bottom of this update like they hoped we’d miss it. When I asked about it being reopened they offered no apology and acted like it was my fault. Long story short this could have been a minor thing they took the fall for but instead made it worse and pissed me off. No communication leading up to my stay. Nothing about check in. The unit could have been 5 stars and it still would have been awful bc customer service is everything. But it wasn’t a 5 star spot. I don’t mind that it’s dated and not fancy. Calling that bathroom luxurious is such a figment of the imagination unless you also prefer that the tank of the toilet lid be replaced with one that doesn’t fit allowing you to see into the weird depths of the tank. The bathroom sinks have those drain catches to stop hair from falling in which would be fine if the drains weren’t already clogged and let your toothpaste just sit and gather. Unpleasant. Heat/AC so out of whack even when off we slept in the middle of winter with the door open. Dryer didn’t work so we hung our clothes. Sure it’s very close and walkable to lifts but so were other places with better property managers. And to be fair the place itself would have been fine for the price and length of our trip but I’d suggest taking your money elsewhere.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Silver King is one of Park City's most popular and beloved properties, offering awesome amenities, an amazing location close to Park City Mountain, and a wide range of accommodations for groups of every size. With deluxe upgrades and two private bedrooms, this condo is a true home away from home.

It really has it all. A full kitchen with updated appliances, a wood-burning fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, a nice deep tub for soaking, a great big leather sectional—everything! This condo is the total package, and it's only 100 yards away from the ski lifts.

But this vacation rental offers more than just an ideal condo. It also gets you access to Silver King's outstanding amenities. You'll love the indoor/outdoor heated pool in the heart of the property, a rain-or-shine, all-weather oasis for aquatic fun. But that isn't all. There's also a hot tub, a fitness center, and ski lockers on site for your enjoyment.

Surely, you won't want to spend all your time on the property. You will definitely want to head out to enjoy everything Park City has to offer. A perfect location may be Silver King's best feature. From here, it is only 100 yards to the lifts at Park City Mountain and a mile to Main Street. You can walk to the slopes and take a free city bus downtown, making it easy to explore everything in town.

Your stay also comes with a guaranteed spot in Silver King's underground parking garage. Not only will you be able to skip the battle for parking at the resort lots, you also won't have to worry about scraping your windows or sliding on the ice.
